This week we had the pleasure of working with the outstanding team at Blue Compass RV Dallas. Our Geo Pro had served us well and we wanted a new trailer that would provide a higher level of comfort and functionality. Zack introduced us to the new 2026 ALLIANCE RV DELTA 252RL which excelled in multiple areas the upgrades and higher quality that we were seeking. He provided critical information that was helpful in our evaluation and very easy to work with. With the assistance of Jason and Kevin, Zack thoroughly demonstrated the commitment to a quality buying experience that put us at ease. To complete the delivery our ultimate vision , John and Tyson advised us with additional upgrades and systems from the parts department. John shared his wisdom and guidance to insure that we selected the very best solutions to the equipment and functionality we sought. His professionalism shined further as he thoughtfully demonstrated all aspects of the new trailer and the enhancements that he installed. To say we are grateful for the care and professional assistance the entire team delivered is an understatement. Blue Compass, Zack and John made this experience comfortable and satisfying and we couldn’t be happier.

Bluecompass in Wheat Ridge Colorado provided us a great experience. We initially went into the store to look at one travel trailer but found out it was gone when we walked through the doors. They worked hard at finding us another one that was comparable, but in fact it was way better! They worked hard to get us the best price for our trade in and even though the signing process was a little long, the price we got for the trade in and the cost of the new travel trailer was great! I'd certainly go back, great experience.

I needed warranty work done on my Forest River truck camper and Gordon (service manager) and Ivan G. (Technician) were beyond amazing. Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Gordon went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care from the beginning to the end. We needed to submit additional documentation for our claim and both gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure that we are covered. I can’t speak to anything other than our amazing experience with warranty work, but these guys earned my business again in the future!

We had our previous RV serviced at Blue Compass. Then we purchased a new one and they have handled warranty work for us. Kelby Zimmerman goes above and beyond to see that all of our issues are resolved. He is knowledgeable, persevering and personable. A great asset to Blue Compass and customers.

I took my RV in for repairs near Knoxville. Larissa in the service department was amazing. Good communication the entire time and fought to get some major warranty items fixed that were originally denied. Very happy with the results including a new roof she fought to get covered. Thank you Larissa and BC. 5 star service!

I worked with Toni in the parts department at the Indianapolis location. I just can't say enough about her commitment to service. She is an excellent ambassador for that dealership. I had a simple request that actually ended up being a Service Department issue. But she took complete ownership of it anyway and regularly checked back in to be sure I was being taken care of.

Our experience with Gary at New Carlisle, Ohio was way above average. Ready for our escape to Florida, lights not working on our trailer. Bam, done in 3 hours, very, very reasonable price!!!! Well done Gary Schoelkoph and tech Cesar.
