It has been an honor and a privilege to be granted the opportunity to work with Blue Collar Pet Transport for the past 6 years. We offer world class service at a variety of price points so that our clients can decide on the type of service they can afford. We excel at international transport and adapt to the daily challenges created by the current political climate. Many of our clients have been frustrated when they attempted to import or export their pets themselves. They are greatly relieved that we have the knowledge and contacts to succeed where others have failed. We are proud of the positive reviews left by the majority of our clients. As a constantly improving organization, we take action when our clients make suggestions on how we can do better. Our team works together to rise to the occasion when unforeseen circumstances occur. Our drivers travel through 100+ degree temperatures across the US and icy sub zero conditions in the winter so that our clients don’t have to, in order to safely deliver their pets and personal vehicles to them in a timely manner. For these reasons, I am confident that Blue Collar Pet Transport will continue to be the leading and dominant pet transport company in the future.

Review for Blue Collar Pet Transport I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Collar Pet Transport, specifically with an employee named Sam. This company advertises itself as providing secure, worry-free pet transport, but my interaction was the opposite. Sam spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, making false accusations that I had withheld important information about my dog’s behavior. I explained that I was unaware of any issues and shared all the details I knew in good faith. He claimed my dog had been aggressive and bitten or attempted to bite someone—allegations that caused me significant stress. Out of concern for my dog’s safety and well-being, I investigated further and discovered that these claims were untrue. This experience left me feeling uneasy and lacking trust in the service. Professionalism, clear communication, and accuracy are crucial when it comes to transporting beloved pets, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Thank you Korky for stepping in and truly listening and allowed me to send you what correspondents pertaining to offset what transpired with Sam. Korky is amazing!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry that your initial interaction with our team left you feeling uncomfortable and concerned about your dog’s safety. Communication involving an animal’s behavior must be handled carefully, professionally, and based on accurate information. When a potential behavioral or safety concern is reported, our team has a responsibility to address it, but we also recognize the importance of giving the pet owner an opportunity to provide additional information and context. We’re very glad Korky was able to step in, listen to your concerns, review the correspondence you provided, and help address the situation. We’ll also be reviewing the communication surrounding this experience internally to ensure our standards for professionalism and customer care are being followed. Thank you for recognizing Korky’s efforts and for giving us the opportunity to hear your side of the situation. At Blue Collar Pet Transport, pets are family, not cargo, and both their safety and our customers’ trust are extremely important to us. — Blue Collar Pet Transport
