I used the BLS HOME SERVICE, and they served well. I got my visa on the 15th day after they collected my documents and biometrics at home.

If you're planning to visit Spain and need a visa, the BLS Spain visa application center is definitely the way to go. The application process was straightforward and easy to follow thanks to helpful staff preethi who were always on hand to assist with any questions. Their efficient service meant that I received my visa in record time, leaving me with ample time to plan out my trip! The facility was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience while waiting for my appointment. I particularly appreciated the prompt communication from BLS once my application was approved, which made it easy for me to collect my documents without any hassle. Overall, I would recommend the BLS Spain visa application center without hesitation - they offer top-notch service at every step of the way!

It was a great experience at BLS, this is my second time getting their service and I'm happy 😊 last time MR MAX help me a lot, and yesterday MR Pav take my photos and fingerprint he's amazing.

I'd like the thank to the BLS employees despite all the issues they face! Like many others we struggled to get an appointment for my partner in 2022 spring for us to attend Barcelona Rock Fest in June. For many months we tried every possible way to get a Schengen for him through Spain and other EU countries, but the only appointment we could get was only 2 weeks before our trip. He was told during the appointment that the visa wouldn't be ready in time due to backlog. We couldn't postpone our trip as the legendary bands playing at Bcn Rock Fest was the whole reason we were going and we had already paid for it. About 4 days before the festival, seeing no progress in the app status, my partner went to BLS and asked for help. After hearing our story a lady e-mailed consulate to explain and expedite, while telling him that it's very unlikely that it'll make any difference but that's the only thing she could do. Giving up hope we cancelled our flights and hotel, however, 2 days before our trip the visa progressed through all stages lightning fast, and we received his passport the day before the festival! Incredibly thankful to the BLS and consulate staff who heard our story and took initiative to help us in any way they could! We had the time of our lives at the festival and will forever be grateful for the help we received from BLS!

We went for our second appointment on the 2nd November, super freindly girl, very polite, submitted papers but needed an airline ticket, I quickly booked a flight, asked reception to print which they did, got another token and had to hardly wait to be attended by a very friendly gentleman, he sorted the papers out, took what he thought was only necessary (from experience I guess), 7 days later we received our passport with the visa. I have submitted several reviews about our experience in this office, all have been positive, every time we go to the centre, there are people that are unaware of the required documents (like us), I can't personally fault the reception staff who have always been helpful, those processing the paperwork have always been courteous and polite, and we in turn have always treated the staff with respect, the office is busy at times, the staff have a job to do, and it is necessary to concentrate and make sure they get the right paperwork, we as customers make mistakes as we have on this occassion, but never loose respect for the staff as our mistakes are not their fault. It’s been third visit to BLS for three diff application but I had a very good experience even though I had some issue with my application. First two time Preeti helped me n this time Sonia. Both were very helpful n kind. 😊
