Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Staff needs costumer service training.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received at the Spain Visa Application Centre in London. I paid £210.94 per person (£421.88 total) for premium service, expecting a higher standard of organisation, priority handling, and customer care. Unfortunately, the service provided fell significantly below expectations. Despite confirming our premium appointment at reception, we were incorrectly directed to the general queue and made to wait for over an hour, while other applicants were processed ahead of us. Only shortly before the lunch break were we redirected to the premium lounge, which resulted in us spending less than 10 minutes there. The conduct of staff was also concerning. We experienced dismissive behaviour, lack of communication, and were even told to leave while my daughter was still being processed. When attempting to raise concerns, a staff member told us to “get out” and suggested we withdraw our application if we were not satisfied. Additionally, we were informed that no further assistance could be provided due to the lunch break, and we would need to return after an hour, despite already being in the middle of the process. This experience reflects poor organisation, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver the premium service that was paid for. I would not recommend paying for premium service based on this experience. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
