I have to say after reading very negative experiences I was a little dubious, I went the night before to find the place and pleased I did as not the easiest to find. My appointment was the next day at 10am for my non lucrative visa application, I arrived an hour early, was met by a friendly guy on reception who took my appointment form and told me to take a seat and I would be called by name. There were at least 20 others in there, please do not be put off by this, I had only waited 10 mins and was an hour early and I was called. All paperwork handed over and checked, I was done in 15 minutes. The lady was polite and very efficient, if you have the correct paperwork this, is in my experience was a painless, first class service. I could not fault them, and felt I needed to write this review to put people at ease, my experience was extremely positive from start to finish. Kessia

I came frustrated with my problems and the staff made me feel at home with no judgemental questions. I had all documents and from consultant to consultant with dignity and politeness in a short period l was helped. I was called to come and pickup my passport because l only had a short period to process my visa and there was a public holiday within but that panic ended in happiness. I never expected so much. Guys you deserve 15 out of 5. Keep up the standard.

I would give BLS Spain Centurion 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I went to BLS Centurion on 27 July 2023 for my husband and I to apply for Spanish short stay visas. We were in and out within an hour. Everyone we came into contact with was incredibly friendly, helpful, reassuring, and very professional. Then, of course, the wait started. I tracked my application on their online portal. I saw that the next day (28 July), the embassy received it. By August 17, it was ready for dispatch, and by August 18, it was delivered to my front door without any hassles or trouble. I am incredibly impressed with their fast turnaround, their professional and friendly staff, their lovely offices, and their delivery service. Thank you BLS Centurion for making the visa process easy and stress-free!
