When I used this service, I paid extra for the premium service. But it was disappointing. The assistance I got from the officer was so poor. She checked all my documents and confirmed they are all correct and at the end my visa application was refused just because of the travel insurance. I know that you are just an agency and can’t guarantee the visa confirmation. But then I found out that for the travel insurance, the applicant should show the policy wording too. And the funny thing I learnt it from another BLS officer when I applied for the visa again via normal service and with the same documents (just extra policy wording!) just after 1 week. Surprise! I got Schengen Visa. Another funny thing, when I wanted to complain about the first officer to the supervisor at BLS London Office, I faced with the answer “ our officers don’t have to correct your documents or they don’t have to tell you that there is a missing document” (?!) Then why do I pay extra for the premium? On your website, it clearly shows this service includes that document check and assistance. I will never ever use BLS visa service again. It was my 3. Schengen Visa application in London (first 2 was from VFS and this one was the first time to be refused thanks to BLS) and it was the worst service I’ve ever got. It is just a waste of money.

Worst experience. People were super rude especially the Indian guy who checks the documents. He was even racist towards an Asian girl and was imitating her after she was late for her appointment. This guy was so rude, that one lady was literally crying outside. This isn't the kind of experience you want when trying to visit a new country. This guy was power tripping so hard and no one could say anything as he's handling their passports. Update: They had charged $5 for sms service on top of all service charges. I got an SMS three weeks after I received my passport, with the tracking number. It's a joke. 😂

Had to make two visits as we had applied for my wife to get a schengen visa as the spouse of an EU citizen but our marriage certificate was not accepted without an apostile. This was the same marriage certificate succesfully used for a previous schengen visa for France and to settle in the UK. We had no choice but to reapply but for a tourist visa but this time they wanted our 3 bank statements to cover up to the day of the interview so we had to go outside to the bank for this. They also wanted the terms and conditions of our travel insurance, this they printed off at reception for a fee. The biggest rip off though is charging £24 for a courier but then sending it with royal mail. After all that and having paid a total of just under £100 the visa had a three week validity, we will not visit again in the foreseeable future. If you can enter Spain via another Schengen country my advice would be to do that or just avoid Spain altogether.

If there is a ZERO option, it will be zero. It is simply too bad - At first, verification emails weren't sent after I registered to make an application. I made a phone call to enquire, and the answer was "I could help you by booking an appointment on the phone now, and it will cost you £60. If you don't want me to do that, write an email about your query." I wrote an email and the reply was "keep trying. If it doesn't work, please give us a call". really?! Verification email came through the next day, then I started to complete the application form online. Now the website kept turning into Error page when I clicked "submit application" button. I tried various way including complete the form faster, using a different browser to complete the form, and also delete the application and restart again etc. Nothing worked. In the end, I had no option but to give customer service a call again, and the adviser just asked me to keep trying. I said I tried everything already, then he literally told me on the phone "What can I do? It's a web error. I can't do anything about it!" (really? Isn't it your job to report the error to relevant department?) Horrific service - It's been 3 days (18-20/06) now and I still couldn't even complete the form, let alone reaching the appointment page. I am very computer literate, so no problem with my computer skills! Is BLS not charging a service fee? Why don't they use the fee charged to improve the website software and customer service? Avoid using them if you can!!

It is the worst ever. They take money for everything. They charged my mother £60 for premium service that only guarantees you an earlier appointment ( we had 2 months do that was of no use to us), it does not guarantee an early processing time as most other premium services do. Then when I arrived to collect the passport at lunch time as I work, I was told the collection time is between 4 and 5 and it costs £15 to collect it at any other time. This is just trying to get more money for everything as far I am concerned. The people there are helpful but the company is the issue.

Me and my family want to apply for tourism visa in Spain and we requested for multiple trip in which we provide all necessary documents for each country we will be visiting including our return ticket to London . But we were refused stating we did not not explain why we are going to Spain. They even insist we need to pay £25 each for courier delivery making £125 in total gosh who does that? I believe government needs to look into this because this is a BIG RIP-OFF

Wish a zero star is available. Pathetic services and no clarity on how the overall process works for multiple embassies.We submitted a document and it stayed with them for 4 months where every week a commitment was provided that it will be ready within next week. At the end i processed it myself and it would flawlessly. They only refunded pennies, could not even do much as i was stuck with my documents there. I would not recommended anyone to opt for this organization for this visa processing.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this place, and it was all because the website that I got all of my information from (www. schengenvisainfo.com/) was incorrect. I was travelling to Greece, then Spain (4 months apart, two separate trips) so I thought it would be best to get a double entry visa, the website said I would have to apply at the embassy of the trip which lasted the longest, which for me, was Spain. My day turned horribly wrong when it was finally my turn to be called for an appointment. The lady who served me was INCREDIBLY RUDE, she rudely asked where i was traveling to, I told her Greece, then Spain, and she said "you have to apply at the Greek Embassy, not here." I told her I checked the website and it told me I had to apply here as this was my longest stay, she said "only if the trips are two months apart." I said it doesn't say that on the website and she did not care at all. I showed the receptionist the information on the website which instructed me, she told me the schengen website was not theirs, and they're not liable for the incorrect information. My holiday was ruined, and I ended up not going as there were no appointments for the Greek embassy for weeks, and my trip was in 3 weeks time. The staff at this centre are incredible rude and insensitive, and the worst part was, their website doesn't have any information about double entry visas!
