Applied for my daughter's Schengen visa as EU-dependant and asked for an adoption decree. Been there twice this week, explaining my British husband doesn't have to adopt her, I have his cover letter, his passport and our marriage certificate, and he was with us last week and it seems like their staff are not trained at all when it comes to legalities. We did what they asked us to do, have her birth certificate stamped and signed my the Philippine embassy but when we went back there, they asked for adoption decree? I know we have to follow the checklist, but different families have different circumstances, but to ask for impossible documents and unnecessary ones are just ridiculous! And their new rule, is the flights should be paid and confirmed. It's all money making. Spain should take a look at this, BLS staff in London aren't great ambassadors of Spain.

BLS Edinburgh ! This BLS service seems like a scam, the normal appointments are not available doesn't matter when you look to book an appointment. Even we had 2months in our hand before flying, we didn't manage to get a normal appointment. Alternate root is to book the premium appointment, which is neither premium service nor a faster execution, but you have to pay £60 extra. So i wonder they should just increase their charge by £60 and open the appointment slots as normal appointments to reduce customer disappointments. If spain wants tourism from UK they need to find a better service than BLS, this is just a scam.

If I could give no star I will do it, highly unprofessional staff, fees were added to my application without my knowledge, I wouldnt want to come around this place again ever.

It's the most useless, shameless, time wasting organization I've ever had the misfortune to work with. The handle domestic helper paperwork for the Indian Government in HK. I'm shocked that the Indian Govt would hire a company as unprofessional as them. They seem to be staffed by imbeciles. We had to go back over 5 times and still the job was not done. They will ask you for a document and when you go back with it, they will ask you for another. It's shockingly bad. When you call the tel no., it goes to a call center who are not connected to the physical address so there is nobody who can actually help you. I'm sorry to say this but do not hire an Indian helper only because you will be forced to deal with these people

Shameless profiteering and complete scambags. Had no option of collecting documents. As a result BLS charged £25 for "Courier delivery" that turned out to be Royal Mail "Signed For" @ £5. Taking them to Small Claims Court for breach of contract. Wonder if anyone want to join forces? They must pay us back. Find BLS court campaign on Twitter

One of the worst services I ever received from an International Company such as this one. I don't know if there is possible to use other way for Spain Visa application submissions, but if there is, I would definitely recommend to use that alternative because this was a terrible experience for me. First of all, the website information is not accurate and even if you try very hard to follow their instructions and information provided, you will find issues the day of the submission because there are contradictions from what the website says and what the officers require to you. Specially in terms of the order of the documents you present and the format of some of them. I was there on the July 24, 2019. When I got there, I found one officer learning, who was kind, and another one very rude and hurried -even when nobody was waiting outside. I am a non native english speaker and don't expect a perfect english from people that is offering me a service. However, certain interactive jobs require a person with a decent english, but it was not the case of the female officer that was not polite, she had a terrible speaking, particularly her pronunciation. Instead of saying something once, but clear, she rudely repeated 3 or 4 times what she was asking not clearly. I honestly don't understand how they can hire someone like that without providing a proper training and evaluation first.

BLS should not be associated with Spain. Predatory, extremely rude, slow. Went in for a visa that was supposed to cost $70, they invented fees and costed $200.
