I am very much dissatisfied with the service. It took 7 days for the BLS only to send my application to the embassy, which is literally passing them to the next street, that should happen in one day. I am still waiting for my visa after more than 20 days. This caused me a lot of loss as I had to cancel my flight and a useless PCR test. The place is awful, very dirty, 100% not covid safe, nobody gives a clear answer to the questions. The reception is always mean and sometimes not even opens the door. The staff seem very unhappy about their job. Every step seems to be very vague and no clear guideline there. Timing is 100% not working, they give a time slot in the application, but it can take hours after that and you still have to wait. I have no idea with this poor level of service and many negative reviews why still the consulate works with this company?

If I could give -100 star I would give. They messed up my Spanish tourist visa. They did not check all my documents before sending to the consulate. This made me loose my ferry tickets plus my accommodation. Please please don’t apply with them. The consulate sed that my documents are not genuine and the purpose of my travel is not truthful… which is just absolutely ridiculous… even home office believed all my documents… so y would they not… I had a better experience with tls and french embassy. BLS charged me £173 for no reason saying it’s premium service etc… but it’s exactly the same. They r very unprofessional with how they handle this service.. stay away from them please. I handed them all the documents in the checklist… everything was original.. but they refused my visa without even asking me to provide wat they needed.. they straight refused my application and sent my passport back. Unlike the french consulate… if I had anything wrong with my application they asked me through email… Now I’ve lost loads of money with this process and will never apply to Spain again… it’s disgusting…

Same as to many people who left review here Yes, unfortunately we applied for visa through them and after 20 days we are still waiting for update in our applications. Apparently suppose to get our visa or not!!! after our trip. Also no one answer the phone.

Worst service ever! And the DX delivery they hire is a rip off too. They charge like £25 for delivery and give the passport to this company which sucks on so many levels, seems like they do not want to deliver. Giving excuses like the driver could not find the address. Spain embassy should choose another company to do the job. The front desk staff was nice all the way but the guy checking docs was rude and looked like didn't knew much about what he was supposed to do. Spain embassy should use some other company for their visa processing. This one is a disappointment.

Awful and very unprofessional. They have no system and not organise at all. Super rude. I was told to speak to the manager and that lady talk to me like I was a criminal. I have never in my life met anyone like that before. Just be prepared for your application not accepted and the worst service ever.

Really disappointing service! I wish I could give this a 0 star as it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Here’s my experience: I applied for my Spain visa in the BLS London centre on 10th August. Its been 9 days since I applied and I have received only one status update. I was due to travel on the weekend on 22nd August but I have not received my visa. I have held previous Schengan visa's and never have had this issue and often received my visa much earlier than the 15 working days time stated. As a result of inefficiencies, I have had to withdraw my application following this but no update on even my withdrawal if this is being processed or not. The only update that I can get is if I visit the centre in person. The call centre people are very unhelpful and do not talk to people in the London office. They take your details but no one ever calls back. The Spanish Consulate says we have to go to BLS but neither want to take responsibility and we customers suffer in the middle of this pandemic having being held hostage. This is one of the worst customer services I have experienced. This does not take into account the stress and hassle managing this with your work day and not even knowing you can go on a holiday. Really really disappointed

Went to BLS Manchester and could not have received more of a shocking service! Extremely rude employees - especially the woman who was dealing with me, completely unprofessional service. Employees were completely misinformed and unable to assist with a spousal visa despite having all the relevant documents. In fact I don’t even know if they know a spousal visa exists. They were also telling everyone who walked through their doors who were trying to apply for a spousal visa - that they must rather get a tourist visa (which comes at a cost)!!! Complete money making business! Shocking. Would never recommend. Minus five stars.

I will give them 0 points. Very unprofessional and rude! Never answer your call and charge a lot for their "service". Horrible!
