Booked visa appointment for 25 Mar (London) for trip commencing 24 April. This was the closest available date when i was booking on 20th of Feb. Today, 21 Mar, at 5am got an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. Called BLS, was told that The Embassy contacted them a week ago and all previous week appointments were cancelled. On Friday (18 Mar) Embassy send another email to cancel all appointments for this week. No reason given to me over the phone. Nobody listened when i said that it was booked well ahead of my trip and now i am gonna lose all the money. I asked to rebook it over the phone cuz i read they were doing this before, but the guy said that this is not possible any more, and i need to delete my application, create a new one and book again. Oh yea, also he said they are fully boked for 2 more months (until end of May actually). Avoid to go to BLS at the moment, they are either too busy and that's why all this nonsense with cancelling existing appointments, or i don't even know what another reason could be.

If you do not know how humiliating applying for a simple tourist visa is , try your luck with these guys! I am beyond disappointed to be treated with such horrible way by a company that claims to be offering great services and linking governments to coustomers. I had a visa appointment (Spain Schengen Visa) with them today at 13:00 in Manchester. I am at the bus stop waiting to get to Leeds Train Station , I am checking my inbox as you do on a Monday morning, and to my surprise I find an E-mail from BLS international that was sent at 4 AM today to tell me that my appointment was cancelled , no proper explanation given, and that I would need to rebook. At this point I lost bus tickets , and train tickets … As part of the visa process I had to book full flight tickets and hotel accommodation to show as proof, which I am now at a big risk of loosing as well … i stay calm ,and start a new application to try and rebook …. my heart drops to my knees , no available appointments for whatever is left of March / and the whole of April 2022. ( Holiday is booked for the beginning of May 2022) After more than 10 times of trying to get through and put on hold for 20 minutes, I receive a horrifying attitude from one the call center representatives who has no intent to help , or even to try and understand the situation , just pushing “Ma’am,there is nothing that we can do to about it ” down my throat .. I am there begging them on the other end of the line to just see if they can squeeze me in today, tomorrow , any date , any time.. to avoid loosing £££ worth of flight tickets and hotel. I booked this appointment at the beginning of March 2022 , Why has my appointment been cancelled on the same day? And why am I not even being treated like a human being , and at least given a reasonable explanation of what happened ? Why am I not being given another appointment ? Who is held accountable for this ? Who do people turn to- to be treated respectfully and fairly ? Is the Spanish counslate / Embassy aware of how a lot of customers are treated? It only takes a second to read the Google / trust pilot reviews .. I think it’s time for something to change .. people are being treated horribly , people are losing their hard earned money through no fault of their own!!

Tried just to book an appointment to get my documents submitted. The website only shows you the Manchester office, even though i’m applying on the website specifically for the London one. When I tried to call over the phone, no-one picked up and just hung up on me. Communicating through emails is so slow, the speed is literally 1 email per day, no matter how early in the morning it’s sent. And the only reply I get is that there are no appointments available, not even when is the next free one, nothing. Horrible experience, you should really sort out your website and get staff on the phone calls.

Their website is buggy. Poor English. Took me about 30 mins to guess a password they’d be willing to accept (the instructions for choosing a password were just wrong). Application is filled out and then I am told that there is not a single appointment available to submit the application in the UK for the next two months. They don’t offer appointments earlier than two months in advance, which literally means there are NO appointments. No obvious notice on their website to tell me this. Total waste of time. Utter crap. Complete incompetence. What is the Spanish Government actually paying you for?! You should seriously be sacked. CEO is probably a friend of someone in the Spanish Government though 🙄

Terrible experience from the start. Most of the staff are ill mannered, extremely rude, and impatient. The whole place felt sticky and in need of a good clean - yous think that they’d take cleanliness a bit more serious during a global pandemic. The biometric camera and fingerprint machine wasn’t working during the time I was there. Stay away if you can - if you’re going to Spain, apply to go via France as your entry point. I am shocked that the poor service in this company is allowed to continue - just look back at their other reviews. They come across as amateurs. Not a place to trust with personal documents and information. Be careful.

avoid get your schegen visa from Spain because they outsouce this application service to a profit-making company. BLS tried their best to dry out the last blood from your body, they charge your £25 for non-existing speed delivery which only cost £6 from royal mail. They make their webside down so you couldn't apply online and when you give a call to them, they will tell you they can arrange a premium service for you, which you need to pay £75 extra. In total, you need to pay over £200 to get a visa with only 1 year validity. If you apply for other EU country, they will give you 5 years visa if you are permanent resident in UK and have over 10 schegen visa on your passport. Spain is ruining its reputation by using this company.

Hi . I am R Kumar I booked my appointment to bls london yesterday I go to london BLS . I take token .token nb was v59 she call me on conter nb 3 just she seen on appointment letter my adress I m from West Yorkshire she strate why said u can't aply in London Bls for Spain visa .she said u need make appointment in Manchester. I spent 200 pounds from leeds to London. If I could not aply form london BLS why they give me appointment in london ...not gud service and staff . I booked my hotel . Flight ✈ Tickets for next month 11 November .. Rubbish work

I am very much dissatisfied with the premium service where they charge extra £75 for nothing. First of all, arrived on time but I was asked to wait 35-40 min. There is a small room and it was packed with other premium customers. I asked if the delivery of passport service is included in the service to the agent, she confirmed that it was included in the price. The reason I asked was because I had 1st class delivery letter from Royal Mail to use. As it was confirmed, I did not give the letter that I got from Royal Mail. However, I was charged extra £25 for the passport delivery after 2 minutes I asked the question. After charge, I wanted the reimbursement as I had my letter but not accepted. Next time, I am going to apply for a visa from another EU country as BLS service worse than horrible. Coffee machine was broken as one of the premium service offers they claim tp provide.
