I am writing this just to share and give knowledge to my fellow Domestic Helper here in Singapore my horrible experience at BLS Visa Application Center, I was there last month to apply Visit/Tourist Visa going to my boyfriend in Spain. I completed all my documents and the lady in counter 4 telling me that I am not qualified to apply for the Visa because I am only a maid and I need to travel with my boss so my Visa would be granted. I was in shocked because I know that she underestimated me due to my job. But I insisted her and even showed to her the site of BLS that whatever IC are you holding here in Singapore as long as you are legal staying here you have the privilege to travel. I was really mad and even I said to her that I am fully sponsored by my boyfriend and I have the documents to prove it and aside from that I provided my own bank statement account as well showing that I have sufficient funds to travel. Finally she accepted my documents and I paid for $173 all I know is I'll pay only for $119 equivalent for 80€. That lady gave me a nightmare I didn't sleep in 4nights in a row. She shouldn't telling this to the applicant like me as work permit holder because she doesn’t have the authority to decide if my visa will be denied or not. Finally after 6 days I got my passport and it was approved by Spain Embassy. Thank you Spain Embassy. Please Help me to do legal action to the lady in counter 4 to stop this kind of situation will happen again to everyone 🙏

Impossible to get an appointment, so impossible for me to travel to Spain. I booked a trip and had to cancel. What is this doing for their tourism trade? Seriously shocking state of affairs.

i bought a holiday trip to spain but i understand that I will have to lose my £3000 because there are no apoyments in the BLS visa application center at all! I bought a trip three months before!

This visa application experience was the poorest ever. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and frequently rejected applicant coming in. Also she kept saying f-words to me and other applicants. Booking was too complicated online. It's very hard to find proper slot for me well ahead of time. In May, only late June slots are sometimes available for a very brief moment. Eventually I paid others to find slots for me. This is absurd.

What kind of operation are BLS International running when they don't even offer a response to multiple urgent emails? I along with others have lost an incredibel amount of money (£1,400 to be precise) as they require flights & hotel accommodation booked BEFORE you can apply for a Schengen Visa to Spain and then when you reach the final appointment booking screen, only then it says there are no appointments available. There is no working number to call and the one email I got back from them said: "Dear Applicant Thank you for your email, we are glad to assist you. As per your email, you wanted assistance on appointment. Kindly be informed that slots are full. For more details please visit the below website " Collectively people have losts incredible amounts of money because of BLS International. This was upposed to be our first holiday in 3 years. This is an absolutely shocking company that should be investigated by Trading Standards.

I would be concerned of the security of my information and documents. The first time I visited there website I thought it was a scam from the awful user interface No response form call center and Inhuman treatment if you go there in person

Usless / UNfit for purpose Needed specific personal info surrounding C19 / potentially special permits for travel. NO REPLY ON PHONES , FROM SPANISH EMBASSY OR CONSULATE FOR OVER ONE WEEK. Referred to BLS by ohone messge. BLS gave me totally wrong info , potentially ruining my trip. I wrote them a letter . They referred me back to the embassy and consulate . I wrote again hghlighting all of the above. No further reply. CANCELLED TRIP. Is this how Spain want to incentivise their hard-hit tourism industry?
