An absolute shame and extorsion. I am Spanish and I am trying to sort out a visa SINCE FEB for our fully booked trip in Sept. This company which has a monopoly with the Spanish Consulate/Embassy ( Another embarrasment for the Spaniards abroad) does not answer their phone, does not answer their mail and only when one get rude with them, they answer to tell you that there is no spots available to process the Visa, H O W E V E R if you want to do use their service " Visa from home" the costs is + £500 - which is an extortion and what they do is avoid people who are not European to go to the Schengen area. Since Feb I am trying to reach out to them to ask for support on getting the visa sorted, and I don't get absolutely nothing - this is a bottleneck from the Embassy ( which I also put a complaint) but the fact that the phone the provide is FAKE and they DO NOT answer to any queries or provide any solutions is very sick and embarrasing as a Spaniard.

I have emailed and called BLS with no help, i am travelling on 10th July, and i booked non refundable tickets, just very angry and helpless because i don't know what to do, some one even offered me if i willing pay 450 euro they will get me a free slots for this week, it is like joke, it is good system, i have take this as lost and never want to go to Spain anymore,

Like others, I cannot get an appointment. I applied on the 11th June and there are no appointments available for the next 2 months and i am flying on the 1st September. This used to be a simple and quick process but BLS are awful. Sent so many messages to them about when new appointments might be coming up - they send a generic email indicating there are no appointments but not actually answering the question. The phone number does not connect so impossible to call. Absolutely useless

After filling up all my papers it turns out they have 0 appointments available for the next 2 months!

Horrible service! I have a holiday booked for mid-September and can't find a slot for an appointment. It shows fully booked from now till the end of August. How on earth will I have enough time to submit my application and have it processed? And I already booked non-refundable flights which is required before you can submit your application. I'm just hoping by some miracle that I get an appointment date before my trip otherwise this will not be funny!!! And when you contact them, they offer no help at all, it's shocking! Worst experience ever!!!

This organisation is a disgrace and brings shame on the Spanish government. Not only are they incompetent, not knowing their job, but also they blackmail their customers. I had to pay an extra £60 just to get an appointment with them. This was on top of the fees advertised on the web site. They also make customers pay £25 for the return envelope while with other agencies you can buy your own special delivery envelope for about £6. Spain should sack this agency and appoint one worthy of the country.

I wondered why Spain selected this shambolic company as visa application centre. I had the worst experience from the staff in Manchester office and on top of that, they refused to submit my application documents to the consular of Spain. I plead with Spanish government to reconsider their choice of this unprofessional agency to a more professional one like TLS or VFS.

Why is it impossible to get an appointment slot. Has any one been successful this month?
