Worst experience ever! I tried over 4 moths to book an appointment with no luck. I cancelled one holiday and lost money and had to reschedule flights of which changing flights became pricey as l could not get appointments. As a last resort l found a premium appointment in Scotland but was told they would not process my application as l was not a resident. So being completely stuck l decided to go to the offices directly. To my amazement there is a little shop that is on the main road that apparently can set up appoint or you. At a hefty price of course they can even fill out your application form. I asked them how are they able to get appointments when people fail to get appointments and the said they work with BLS. So anyway l walked in and they refused to see me as my holiday was 11 days away. I told them l have been trying to book appointments, l have cancelled a holiday already and l am not about to cancel this one. Finally and reluctantly they said apply at your own risk. The staff were all unhelpful and because l stuck to my guns did not want to deal with me. Very unpleasant experience. I was charged extra for a walk in appointment but way cheaper than the home service , was quoted £467 and £500 on two different occasions. It was the same address, so l could no understand why the price was different. Anyway long story short, l submitted my application and got my visa. Worst experience just to go for a week’s holiday

They don’t deserve 1 star really. You will never find slot appointments. Don’t waste your time I tried for two month everyday . this are sold privately to a third sub agent that will charge you a The amount of probably another person flight.to get to this useless appointment €350 in my case . On top of that they make your appointment like 3 or 2.5 weeks before your flight which is nerve racking. In my case I end up losing my flight because my visa passport never arrived. You call them and they said the passport is with the embassy and nothing else they can do . That’s all the help you get . Eventually they told me 1 hour before the embassy close To go to embassy on a Friday and to tell them that my flight is Monday I I don’t have my passport. I never got on time there. Anyways I will not think I’ll be well received without any appointments and I’ll probably will ended up arrested as frustration will kick in and I may lose the plot “ sorry too many month dealing with a f…. Visa application really “ The Positive advise for everyone. Don’t lose your time and go and quiew to the BLS office and you will be attended .2 hours or 3 worthy. I found this while chatting with people from my country at the bls center . This is that they don’t tell you in the website for you yo used the very expensive agent. DONT USE THEM. !!!!!!! Go with time there and least you got time, if something is missing you can always come back with it. Wish me to be calm and luck on Monday as I’ll be very disappointed that is the beginning of my Holliday when I lost my flight and having to dealt ion person to retrieve my passport. Great first day holliday!!!

Perhaps the worst service and staff in existence. So much so that my partner was in tears from being yelled at by 5 different members of staff because their system gave her the wrong checklist. It turns out, the checklist you receive when you fill out the application form is wrong. You're actually supposed to use the one you get when you book the appointment. The system will never tell you this, but if you bring the wrong one you'll get yelled at, admonished for not knowing better, and given a whole spiel about how "it's easy and you should have done it right but just come back next week and book a new appointment". That she had flown in from Belfast, costing ~£100 apparently didn't matter to them... I cannot emphasise enough how atrocious the staff were. Apparently, the individual handling my partners application thought it appropriate to yell at her and then to later summon 5 of his colleges to also yell at her. Not only that, but he followed her and stared at her the entire time she was at the centre, even when she was dealing with others, in an extremely creepy and unsettling manner. When asked about the complaints process, staff simply threatened to immediately cancel the visa application without refund if a complaint was made. It borders on the criminal.... The appointments system is a scam. You can only get the premium appointments, despite the fact that the centre was completely empty when we were there. Despite this, you won't be able to sit down the entire time and instead will be standing whilst the staff treat you as though you're an imbelcile at best and an active pariah at worse. Disgusting treatment of customers and a disfunctional online system make BLS perhaps the worst VISA service possible. Maybe even the worst service full stop.

I couldn't get an appointment even at 0015 am on the 1st of August 2023 as showing fully booked till September...I had to pay for home service last time so I don't lose my flight fees and hotel booked which came too expensive and the guy was even in a haste. You guys need to up your game. I'm so disappointed. Minus ZERO is what I'll give if I had the option. Now only premiums are available and expensive too...

Hi I went to your visa appointment page which is a total scam. It was August 1st at 1:00 am because July is fully booked by July 2nd. I waited for August. There were lots of free slots in August and did not let me get my appointment at the last stage. I tried several times ended in an error page. In the morning, all slots are full in August, now on the same day. How come that happened?

They are literally doing scam by not giving standard appointments. I have been waiting whole month and last night i was up until 12:15 AM and they then didn't open the slots and by 3 AM slots for August and September was completely booked. Premium slots are the only ones available.

How do people actually get appointments? Those who have succeeded, please could you advise. Thought the August appointments will be released at midnight, been on laptop since 23:45, I see no slots available and website crushes every minute. So frustrated. Wish I didn’t pay for the holiday.

I agree with the general sentiment expressed here. It seems that BLS International Services is not doing Spain any favors in terms of reputation. Today, they advised me to either keep checking or rebook my holiday. They've made this process unnecessarily hard, It's as if one is applying for asylum. It looks like I'm bound to lose the pre-paid holiday due to someone's lack of effort in making these appointments available. Sort it out BLS, sort it out, please!
