I visited bls and my total experience was very good. i used the vip service and i really enjoyed it. also all staff were so professional and at the same time wearing a smile and so friendly

Went 1.5 hours early and saw the…
Went 1.5 hours early and saw the queue.Still checked in but within 10 minutes we were with Alisha.What a lovely lady, we were so stressed with our non lucrative visa but she was so professional we wondered why we had been so worried.Big thumbs up and thanks to Alisha. To anyone going in the future, treat the staff with respect and you will reap the reward!
