They were unpolite and I feel scammed. I had an appointment at BLS Spain Edinburgh on 11/18/2024 Since it is for family (3 people) , it costs me around 42 pounds. So when I went there, I haven`t booked the ticket inside the Europe. ( I have ticket from UK to UK ), so they asked me to leave and rebook appointment again , and ask for refund from BLS call center. If I can not make an appointment , they recommended walk in which will be charge +60pounds/ person. The appointment on website are unavailable and seems I need to walk in if I want to apply for visa. Because the staff told me, I can ask for refund for appointment that day, I called the call center twice and they said it was non-refundable . I am very confused because they event haven`t done anything and the staff there clearly said I can ask for refund. With this un-refundable policy BLS can make a lot of money by asking applicants to rebook again if they are lacking of documents. PS : I already told the staff that I can book flight ticket from BCN-Paris on the spot, but they just asked me to leave. For my experience applying Schengen visa from Germany, they didn`t ask for tickets inside Europe as long as I had flight to Europe and from Europe to home country.

Without doubt the worst experience possible. The phone line staff are unable to give any information whatsoever to help with your application accept to tell you to book an online appointment. Once at their offices it would seem that everyone in the very long non premium,outside,queue has the same appointment time.Once in not so bad ,the lady we saw was sympathetic but not surprised when we told her that the information on line was not the same as hers! Final inept step was their pop up service,collect application from your home,extra charge so surely this can't go wrong...can it? No confirmation of supposed agreed day,not by email or phone,we tried. Rang BLS,and yep no idea ....I'm sure if you have booked an appointment just go there..., No as I've repeatedly said we are having it collected,...anything else I can help with,..er no.

I submitted my application FOR SPANISH VISA together with all the financial back up. I never received any application reference number and no acknowledgement of my application at all. Then after 1 day I have been informed that my application ha been rejected. This doesn't sound legitimate at all.

My applications were submitted on 23 September 2024. My flight is on Saturday, 19th October 2024. But I haven't gotten any approval or confirmation about my visas. I write this review 2 days before my flight.

Totally deserved a 0 star! Forcing the courier fee down our throats even though it’s on their website that it is optional.. I see why they getting 1 star on trustpilot..

I am having a terrible experience with this company. I booked a 7-day tourist trip to Spain and I am trying to apply for a visa from Manchester. While trying to get the list of visa documents needed, I realized they have a different checklist for London and Manchester. The list for the London centre is well-organized and customized towards tourist visa requirements, but the list for Manchester is all over the place and lacks specifics; it just says general requirement for all visa applicant. I sent them an inquiry email and received a reply with their website link. I called today hoping the person on the phone would be of help, but she was not. She insisted that I should follow the documents listed on the general list on the Manchester website as she is clueless. Honestly, this is my first time travelling to Spain and I am already regretting it. I don't know if Spain is worth the drama and stress.

Misinformation regarding information required, procrastination in processing, no ability to obtain status, no one calls back after the call center says they will, late issuance of visa. And all the Spanish consulate would say is "We can't help." Love Spain and they have some great schools - but I would advise anyone choosing between Spain and another country. Choose the other country. The aggravated nightmare of obtaining a visa through BLS does not make it worth it. Negative 10 stars. Simply put - incompetent. Why is Spain using this company???

This must be a joke, hiring all the work out to a third party Indian company who is reading off a script. There is no customer service to be found. This company hordes appointments, refuses to help when you call, refuses to tell you when available dates for appointments are and furthermore refuse to tell you why they don't have appointments available and If you ask to speak to manager you will be told you will get a call back as their in a meeting. It's worth mentioning that they are always in a meeting and will not call you back. This company cannot explain to you why there are never any appointments they tell you to contact the Spanish consulate, who will simply send you back to BLS as they deal with all visa related queries and problems. In addition to all this they offer a "premium" service which lists exactly the same information as their standard process, states it is no faster, but that it's premium.... aka a more expensive cost with no difference in service, just another one of their avenues to scam you. I am absolutely gob smacked that Spain continue to allow BLS international services to represent them as a country and manipulate their customers. again for those that missed the memo - THIS IS A SCAM. Luckily I'm a British Citizen so I can travel to Spain stress free and visa free, my partner however is not so luck and as such, I will now be taking a week long holiday ALONE. I am beyond disappointed. I will NEVER be booking another holiday in Spain in my life and I would advise everyone else to do the same and avoid the headache and attack on your bank account.
