HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOT LOCATED IN NC!!! Took 3 weeks to receive. Spent $185 and when I tried to return because items did not fit or looked horrible on me, the offered me $33, then $64 and finally $77. Still waiting for credit on my card. If I don't receive it, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute. Scam!!!!

My dress was just as beautiful as the ad and very comfortable and cool material. I love it.

Horrible customer service. Product is cheaply made and does NOT come from North Carolina as alleged on their website. It takes 3-4 for product to arrive. For returns, they tell you to keep the product and they offer a partial credit (roughly 15% of the price you paid.) Run around after run around … don’t bother with this company. They probably won’t be around long anyway.

The blue print maxi was sized accurately; same size in the classy one shoulder black and white maxi is a smaller fit and won’t zip to close. Maybe needed the next larger size. Shipping time was slower than expected but communication and response to my inquiry was immediate and much appreciated.

Gorgeous outfit, prompt shipping and was kept informed of each step in the process. Would definitely buy from again!

This company is terrible. I ordered 3 dresses about a month before I was set to go on a trip. I waited a week and noticed it had not shipped and emailed them to please cancel my order and refund me. They responded that 2 items were ready and 1 was not, and asked if I would like to ship the ready items. I responded no, please refund my order. I followed up 3 days in a row asking for an update or confirmation on my return. I work full time and have a toddler and I just lost track of this and didn’t follow up after my 4 responses clearly asking for cancellation and refund. I went on my trip and almost a month later received these items in the mail. When trying to return them, I was offered increasing amounts of money to just keep the items. My order was $116 and they started with $28, and we went back and forth until they said their final offer was $56 and I keep the items. At this point, I responded that since shipping would cost me $50+ I might as well accept this and get some of my money back. Now I have followed-up 3 times about processing this refund and they have stopped responding. Idk if I will ever see any money back from them. After asking them 5 times SIX WEEKS before the items were shipped to cancel the order, I now have these cheap dresses that don’t even fit right and I’m out of $116 and have very real doubts if I will ever get the $56 refund they offered me. Do yourself a favor and do not order from these scammers. Order from BloomChic instead. Their customer service and dresses were stellar.

Long delivery time but worth the weight!
