The dress came quickly and the fit was fine. Style is cute but the quality of fabric and workmanship was terrrible. The hem of the sleve was just a zigzag stitch then never even turned it under so that you couldn’t see the stitches. I am trying to return it and it says to contact customer serve at service.blooroy.com and nothing comes up under that address.

Clothes were ok, not great quality but no clear return policy. When I sent an email requesting return I got back “let us solve the problem”. I just want to return a dress that is way too long and two emails in and I still can’t do that. Won’t buy from them again.

Typical online shopping experience. Dress is decent quality though not what I hoped. Fits as described. Shipping took slightly longer than expected. I will return it because I was hopeful the top was ivory though it is white. The shirt cuffs are not as pictured and the belt will not stay on. Dress bag states "Made in China". Update: Refund offered was $12 with a request to keep the dress. Or for a full refund, I could pay to ship it to Dubai, UAE. I pushed back multiple times. Obviously not a South Carolina company. The 30 day refund guarantee is not true. This was all crap. Customer service responses were very quick.

I ordered this dress along with two others from Blooroy. Here are the problems: 1. They took three and half weeks to arrive. 2. This dress has strings detached (very poorly made). 3. Everything is in Chinese on the shipping bags, and the garment bags say, “Made in China.”

I've already ordered one sweater which is well-made. Arrival was slow. But I decided to order 5 more sweaters assuming they would be of equal quality. My credit card was processed immediately but I never received a confirmation and tracking number from the company. The current order was placed one month ago. I sent an email requesting a tracking number. No response. Based on several of the other reviews here, I'm starting to get concerned about a) arrival time and b) quality. The company could improve regarding providing tracking information and customer service. Also, if it's true that the sweaters are not made in the U.S. as advertised and that returns must be mailed overseas, that's false advertising and I won't order from them again.

Took a little bit of time to get here but love the top. Even though I like the top, was very disappointed to learn I did not support American workers with this purchase.

Fabric is not what it claimed on the website. Ordered 3 items and while one "might" be what the website states, the other two are polyester. I ordered based on the claims that the fabric was comfortable and stretchy, like your favorite t shirt material only thicker.They were supposed to be made of a rayon/spandex jersey knit. Two of the items have no stretch.Also, items are not made in SC as their website claims. Bag tags for all 3 items when they arrived says "made in China." They were expensive considering. I could have ordered from Temu if I wanted made in China, and for a third of the price. Still waiting to hear back from customer service to return one of the dresses that is too tight. It's been several days now.

It took approximately 2.5 weeks to ship to Indiana. This appears to be a Chinese or other foreign company, by the grammar used in the email I received when trying to make a return. They do not really offer returns, you have to pay a large fee to return. I felt the items I received were different than what was depicted in the pictures regarding the fabric. The dress and two shirts I received were all the same thin fabric with the design printed on the fabric and not a woven fabric like the one in the picture looked. They gave me a $12 credit to keep the times as they do not want them back. Pay attention to the fabric content in the description when you order, or you will be disappointed. I believe you can return an item if defective but if you don't like it or the fit I believe you will be stuck with it as it's not worth the money to return.
