Not as fresh
Roses were nice but some of the other extras were wilted. Not happy with service thus far.

Honestly, the flowers mostly just don't last more than a few days. there are usually many stems that are dead or ruined from shipping. Most months they aren't even fragrant. I thought this would be a good way to get my wife flowers, and it is, but not knowing the type of arrangement that is being delivered monthly, and seeing now than most of the time they are not an arrangment of various flowers, has been the biggest let down. My wife has most times been unhappy versus the flowers I normally go and hand pick for her. Also when I subscribed to this service the add, or pages on the web promoting BloomsyBox, Showed many floral arrangements with Calla Lilies (my wifes favorite)...we've received one shipment of Lilies, and they lasted a couple days before flopping over...Lame. We wish you at BloomsyBox luck, but we will not be renewing our subscription after this term is up, and unfortunatley we cant say we would recommend this service either.

Same flowers twice in a row...also wilted both times.

I purchased a flower subscription for my best friend for Christmas. The thought was she would always have fresh flowers on her table! BUT when she receives them they are wilted and die within days. I called the company and you have to leave a message, no one to talk to. I left a message about a week ago, no one even had the decency to call me back. I hate to cancel because the gift was supposed to be for a year, but I also dont like giving my friend a wilted bunch of flowers every month.

I ordered one subscription for my mother in law. She gets the large rose subscription. They are beautiful. I get the large flower subscription. I have been a little disappointed with the flowers when they arrive. They are always squished in the box. Some of the heads fall of of the flowers in the box. This month a got a bouquet of mixed flowers. They were not what I expected. Hardly any flowers just a lot of what I call filler flowers. Mostly green leaves. There were a few small roses and daisy like flowers. When I subscribed, I wanted the one kind of flower in the bouquet as advertised. I prefer to decorate with vases of one kind of flower over bouquets of filler.

The quality of the flowers were not as great as the previous orders.

Plants looked rather distressed

My sister in law sent me a subscription of flowers from BloomsyBox and the flowers were left at the wrong address by Fed X in full sun. Needless to say, I discovered the flowers not looking their best. Contacted Bloomsybox and Fed X last night Sat 2/10/18 and both companies say they need 24-48 hours to respond. I bet it wouldn't take 24 hours for me to place an order with this company, bit of a double standard. Will be requesting that I sign for all future flower deliveries from this company.

Hi Rebecca, Oh No! That's not what we like to hear. The fact that flowers were left at the wrong address is unacceptable and I'm so sorry for that. Unfortunately due to the high volume of calls and emails during Valentine's Day weekend your call was not answered on time but we would like to fix the issue ASAP. We're sending you a PM to fix the issue and will be delivering new flowers tomorrow. Thank you very much for allow us to turn this experience around for you.
