I purchased a 3 month subscription for my mom for Christmas. The first delivery arrived in late December. It was missing the food packet that they said to put in the water but no big deal. The flowers themselves looked great & made a great addition to her coffee table. In January I get a text from my dad that her flowers had arrived. A handful of them were dead on delivery. The others seemed okay & he transferred to a vase with water & the remaining ones were pretty, but I was frustrated since I had paid for all the flowers in the box. I reached out to customer service & the response was that due to the colder weather, that might have caused the flowers not to arrive in the condition they were shipped. He offered a 4th month of flowers for free to make it right. While I wasn’t pleased with his reasoning behind the delivery, I appreciated the attempt to make it right. Two days ago, my mom received her box. This time Dad made sure to snap photos of the flowers in the box & then after putting them in the vase. First off, there were flower petals everywhere that had fallen off. Then when he put them in water, half of them were droopy. Again, I reached out to customer service with the photos. Her response was that basically this was normal & that the flowers should be in “perfect condition” within 48 hours after being in water. Here’s my thing. I get that flowers are being shipped in a box with no water source, but if you claim that I should be getting these amazing flowers upon delivery, telling me that I have to wait 48 hours before my flowers will be perfect just doesn’t feel right. I suggest you put that on your website for others who are shopping for a flower delivery subscription. While I appreciate the different types of flowers Bloomsy uses, they lack on delivery & moving forward I won’t be using them again.

We're so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we did not intend to make you feel that way with our flowers. We really appreciate your feedback and will use this to resolve issues like these in the future. We all know that our products are perishable, meaning even though we put our best effort to handpicked these beautiful flowers straight from our farms and carefully arrange them inside the box, there will be times that not all of the leaves or the petals will be in good condition probably when it was being shipped or transported to you. Also the weather has been really cold the past couple of months and as much as we want to preserve the freshness of the flower, some of them really do get dehydrated and would normally perk up within 48 hrs in the water. There are different kind of flowers we deliver to you and they will have different reactions to the delivery, the weather and the intake of water. You also said that we lack delivery, we are actually using and overnight mail service to make sure that the flowers get delivered to you as earliest and as freshest as they can get. As much as we would want to have a control on how the flowers are being handled, there is so much we cannot control and I hope you understand this. We are currently working with FedEx to fix the issues we had with the deliveries.

Customer Servuce has been great! The flowers came brown and wilted. Looking forward to next months delivery!

The flowers were purchased as a Christmas gift. I ordered a 3-month subscription. The flowers were beautiful. However, both of the first two orders lasted only 4 days each before they wilted, despite my mom following the directions in the box to cut the stems. I believe the main problem is that they use FedEx without signature confirmation. FedEx leaves flowers outside in extreme cold. (The gift recipient is not notified of the shipment. The sender is notified.) The company claims to have a 100% freshness guarantee that states the flowers are guaranteed to last 7 days. After the first delivery, I replied to the companies email request for feedback, reporting that the flowers died in less than a week. I got no reply. When the second delivery died within 4 days, I emailed the company to request a replacement, per their freshness guarantee. I was told by email that my second shipment would be replaced but too much time had elapsed from first delivery for them to replace or refund my money. There is nothing in their freshness guarantee that states a time limit for reporting a problem. I had to make numerous email replies and a phone call to the company, including photos of the dead flowers. Finally, I was issued a complete refund. I believe this company could be great if they change their shipping to signature required and add the gift recipient to shipping/tracking notification emails. A few small changes could be a game changer. I hope they accept ten feedback and make changes.

Dear Nicole, I'm so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. That was truly not our intention. We really appreciate your feedback and hope you do give us a chance to make it right! Even thought we've issued a full refund on your order I would like to take this chance to comment on your points: 1. When you communicated with us you stated that one bouquet lasted 6 days and the second 4 days, you're absolutely right, flowers should've lasted minimum 7 days, unfortunately the extreme weather has been affecting some deliveries and our flowers are not the exception. We're looking for alternatives to protect the boxes for shipping under extreme conditions, we're partnering up with a packaging company in Miami,Fl to design a protective foam for the boxes. 2. Re. Response time: We send feedback request emails to all our customers after the boxes are shipped and always answer each comment regardless if positive or negative, It seems this time the Customer Loyalty Team took longer than usual to reply yours and I'm sorry for that. 3.Re; time limit to report a problem: I beg you to understand that we ship flowers and they might be in great shape when your receive them but after 8-10 days they won't be as fresh as the first day, if we receive a complaint after a month it's really hard for us to make an assessment of what really went wrong that's why we always ask our users to report any problem within 48 hours after receiving the flowers. 4. Re; pictures of dead flowers. Is not our policy to ask for pictures when a customer complaints about the quality of the shipment I apologize if you were asked for images , not sure why did someone from our Customer Loyalty Team had ask for images but still this is unacceptable and I'm so sorry for that. I hope you don't judge our company by this one experience, we all at BloomsyBox believe that providing you with an amazing experience is the single most important thing we can do, so we're working diligently to ensure all your expectations are exceeded. Thank you for bearing with us as we improve and grow. Feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any questions or comments, Thanks again for the feedback, Sincerely, JUAN PALACIO Founder BloomsyBox.com

The flowers only lasted for 5 days.
