I decided to give these guys a shot with a one time bouquet fro the wife. Although they advertise free shipping all over their site what they don't tell you is that shipping is $15 if you're doing a one time purchase, so the $60 bouquet turns into over $80 with shipping and taxes. Whatever. The flowers came and I gotta be honest, not very impressive. I've picked out better looking bouquets for my wife at the local grocery store for $25. These things better live for at least a month considering the price. Just going to a local florist or Kroger next time I need flowers for the Mrs.

I just canceled my twice a month deluxe subscription. I have been noticing you get one really nice one followed by a cruddy one. Today was the last straw. for $50 I got 6 lonely stems of hydrangeas, that was all. They were smashed, brown and covered in black specks (soil). I could do better at Trader Joes for $6.

I was very happy with the product; recipient liked the arrangements and the quality. I experienced a frustrating billing problem, and though I ran into some initial difficulty in getting it straightened out, the CEO got personally involved and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I wish the first response had been better, but I respect that they escalated my situation and they did the right thing in the end.

I'm three months in on a 12-month subscription. The packaging the flowers ship in is beautiful. It's a nice box, with amazing paper wrapping the flowers--it almost feels and looks like handmade paper. The presentation is wonderful. Unfortunately, the flowers have been in rather tough shape with each delivery. I'm afraid they are spending too much time drying out in a FedEx truck. They do come back to life somewhat after drinking in water for a day or two, but they are never like fresh flowers from a local florist. Will this be better in the summer heat? I bit off 12-months, so I guess we will see!

The quality and freshness of the bouquets have been inconsistent. Some have arrived dry and damaged. But the first two deliveries were gorgeous and long lasting. If the inconsistency continues, I will stop the regular monthly deliveries. I did request and receive a replacement for one damaged bouquet, though. You are not notified when a shipment is on its way, so you do not know when to look for a delivery. Customer service is very responsive via email.

The roses wilted faster than previous roses. Wife says it’s because they were a lighter color.

Box was okay. Not my first choice of flower arrangement but nice. They tend to come pretty wilted. These perked up but weren’t super fresh from the start.

The service is a great... but delivery was not always great. 3 out of the 6 flower deliveries I received were nearly dead upon arrival. I received new flowers one time, but I did not ask the other two times because I was irritated with the service at that point. I really wish the flowers would have come to my door fresh so that we could enjoy them instead of just watching them die within 3 days of receiving them.
