Bloomerang's customer service through…
Bloomerang's customer service through online chat is so helpful. Even if I'm trying to do something outside of Bloomerang's parameters, the guidance is clear, honest, polite and collaborative. I have even asked the same question more than once because I either didn't understand of forgot how to do something, and the response remains polite, honest and clear. There are times when I need something that Bloomerang just doesn't do. The staff still remain supportive and polite, even making suggestions that sometimes work. I made the switch to Bloomerang three and half years ago, and have really appreciated their customer support.

We have loved the tools in Bloomerang…
We have loved the tools in Bloomerang to run detailed, customized reports and to track interactions with our donors! It has definitely helped us be more timely with our donor acknowledgements, and it has streamlined our donation entry process. We are also able to run powerful analytics on all the data in our system, giving better reports to our board, finding key donors to cultivate, and helping us grow!
