The moment they changed their platform to offer new packages they wiped out our already purchased available videos - they put you in a loop and while they are nice they provide the worst customer service that can even be imagined. They provide a mediocre product with absolutely terrible service - DO NOT USE THEM!

I would not recommend. What is shown on their social media is not at all what I received. The music choice was awful, and all of the videos in the “viral package” looked almost identical—nothing viral about them. Honestly, I could have created something similar myself in Canva in five minutes. Very discouraging experience for the cost.
