If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS I would! They do NOT REPLY to customer complaints or problems. They LIE about fixes they say they are working on and they ONLY WANT YOU MONEY but lose your images and files PERMANENTLY! PAY FOR A HDD AND KEEP YOUR FILES SAFE!

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
Could you please let us know where you previously reached out to us regarding your concerns? We’d like to review your case and better understand what happened. You can reach out to us at [email protected].
We’d also like to clarify that Blomp offers a free plan, so users can use the service without having to pay. Blomp is still in Beta, and we have a dedicated group of developers actively working on the platform, fixing issues and improving the service based on user feedback.
We’ll be happy to review your concerns and make sure they receive proper attention. This is not the experience we want our users to have.
Best regards,

Do not use this cloud storage provider
I tried Blomp for cloud backup, as they're by far the cheapest option, and it even supports rclone.
You know the idiom, "you get what you pay for"? That absolutely applies here. Files are frequently corrupted in transit, and Blomp's backend seems to lose track of uploaded data. That is, of course, when you can upload the files. I frequently ran into 503 Service Unavailable errors when using their service. My rclone log was almost nothing but 503 Service Unavailable, Dangling object, Object Not Found, and miscellaneous data corruption errors.
Their support is notoriously slow. They're perfectly happy to charge you on-time though. Everything on their forum feels like it was written by an AI. Makes sense, given the name of the parent company, AiNET. Then again, I'm sure AI could make a better service than this.
Please, use anything else. Unless you like data corruption.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Blomp and understand your frustration, especially regarding the upload and rclone issues you encountered.
We’d like to look into this further and better understand what happened. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know when you experienced these issues and, if possible, provide any related support ticket information or account details?

Only use this service provider if you want to lose your files!
Only use this service provider if you want to lose your uploaded files!
When uploading through the browser, you’re lucky if even half of your files show up in the destination folder, and even then, some of them appear without a file size, which means you’ll end up downloading random-sized, corrupted files.
If you try clearing cookies and logging in again, the “My Files” section becomes inaccessible. Eventually, you won’t even be able to log into your account at all. To make matters worse, their support/contact form doesn’t work either, so you’re left with no way to regain access to your account.

Hey,
We're sorry to hear about the trouble you ran into, we can see how frustrating that must have been.
We did want to let you know that Blomp was undergoing scheduled maintenance around the time you experienced these issues, which may have caused the upload inconsistencies and login difficulties. Things are fully back up and running now.
Regarding the contact form, our forms should have been working fine throughout, could you let us know which form you used or where you found it? That way we can check if there was something specific going on there.
Either way, we'd love to look into your account personally and make sure everything is sorted for you. Feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected], our team is available 24/7 and happy to help.
Kind regards,
Blomp Support

This will eat your files and you won't ever see it again
Application was taking too long to upload to the cloud so I thought 'Why don't I delete what I have on the website, them just upload them directly to the site?'. So I did and it deleted the files from my computer. This piece of garbage software is fake and is NOT trusted to store files that are important. Genuinely malware.

Hey Will
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
Based on how BlompGo works technically, deleting files from the Blomp dashboard or mounted Blomp drive would only remove files stored inside that same cloud-backed storage location. It would not delete unrelated folders or files elsewhere on your computer.
If files were moved into the BlompGo drive itself, then deleting them from the dashboard would also remove them from that same storage space, since both locations are linked.
We tested the account and uploads/deletions are functioning normally on our side, but we would still genuinely like to investigate this further with you.
Please contact us directly at [email protected] with more details about the affected folders and where the files were originally stored before upload so our team can review everything carefully.
Kind regards,
Blomp Support

So slow as to be unusable and other problems
So slow as to be unusable. Fails to login when trying to get support. 'Cancel' leads to payment failure message. Drops the first character from names of files being backed up. So bad, and I can't even unsubscribe.

Hi there,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is definitely not the kind of experience we want you to have.
The issues you mentioned, especially slow speeds, login problems when trying to reach support, and file name errors, are not expected behavior and we would really like to investigate this properly for you. The “cancel leading to payment failure” and difficulty unsubscribing also sound frustrating, and we want to help resolve that as quickly as possible.
Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with a bit more detail, such as your account email, device, and how you are accessing Blomp (web, desktop app, or other tools)? Our team will take a close look and work with you directly to fix these issues and make sure your account concerns are handled.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we would like the chance to make this right for you.

Lost all files
I have used the free storage service for some years, but have not been able to access my uploaded files within the past about half year.
Even when uploading a new file to test today - the same when creating a new directory -- I cannot see either of them.

Hello,
We wanted to revisit the review you posted, given the additional information we received about your case. While we’ve already reached out separately, we also wanted to connect here in case you missed our direct message.
From what we can see, the issue arose because your original account was deactivated under our Free Plan policy, which requires logging in at least once every 12 months. (Only paid plans do not require the users to log in once a year)
Although we do offer a reactivation option for a small $5 fee, it looks like you have created a brand-new account using the same email address. This unfortunately reset your account history and removed access to older files.
To clarify, this wasn’t a system failure. Now, looking at your current account, it is fully active and secure. Just a reminder, since it’s on our Free Plan, you’ll just need to log in at least once a year to keep it active going forward.
We truly value having you with us and are always here to help if you need any support. Thank you for your understanding.

Awful service
Awful service, slower than a pc running windows 98
Blomp like to get reviews removed to scam people with their poor service, so they ask for more information from you, email/ telephone number etc, when you refuse to give personal info that's not relevant to any usage they get them taken down
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SERVICE!, ITS THE WORST DRIVE YOU WILL PAY FOR, GOOGLE DRIVE IS FAR CHEAPER AND FASTER

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with Blomp didn’t meet your expectations.
We want to put some information out there for further clarification.
1- We never request any personal information from our Blompers. We do not need any personal information for any of our fixes.
2- To further clarify our first point, we never take down your reviews, nor do we have the ability to do so on a third-party platform. However, it is TrustPilot’s policy to ask for this information from you to ensure authenticity. It looks like you have confused Blomp’s platform with TrustPilots.
We understand that everyone’s experience is different, and we always appreciate hearing from our users, whether the feedback is positive or critical. If there’s anything specific we can help with or improve, we’re here to listen.

The service is just disgusting
The service is just disgusting, it is impossible to use. I bought a 3 month subscription for 10 TB, rushed for two days trying to upload my files, but the folders kept disappearing somewhere, the files were downloaded into one big dirty pile, the download speed was about zero, technical support is zero, the interface is miserable, clumsy, it's like the app was developed in the 90s by a bunch of Indian students. I cancelled the subscription so as not to forget to do it in 3 months, and they just took my 10 TB from me and did not return the money, without any warning, instantly! This is an absolutely scam service, I do not recommend using it.

Hi,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We want to be clear, our goal is never to take anyone’s money unfairly.
