The worst platform I've been on.

There are many Chinese in this software company This software has no freedom of speech This is a corrupt website controlled by the Chinese and the Democratic Party

Was okay until 2016. Then the political fighting got out of hand, then a mass of right wing subs were banned and the crazies from both sides came out in full force. The site is currently being ruined by 3 major things, karma lords/power mods, bad mods and censorship.

Probably the most overrated website on internet. I keep hearing about it, but all it is is a bunch of close-minded kids moderated by a bunch of losers without any argument about what they do.

Reddit is worse than Facebook. The censorship compares to communist countries like North Korea’s and Cuba. They blocked my post about Covid 19. I was saying that savage habits of eating wild animals must stop. They blocked me because my comment is considered racist. And the reply was that people need a reliable source of proteins!!! In other words, the hell with the World pandemic with thousands of deaths, people need proteins! What kind of mentality a person must have to write that! So we should suck it up not to blame China for the ultimate pandemic. Poor China, to which the US only has a trillion dollar debt. The only explanation is that the site is paid by China to promote communist agenda.

The worst.Got banned for making a simple joke and the subreddit did not state any rules.Will not reccomend this for anyone.If I could l would rate this -100.

I knew Reddit was a forum based website and I kind of liked its old school look (at least that's how I saw it) I was pretty tired of the current main stream social media websites so, I thought of expanding my artworks onto Reddit. When I first joined the website, I posted an animated gif I made on r/gif and since it gave no description space, I wrote what I wanted to in the title itself. Now, I wouldn't say it was the best animation in the whole world but it sure was an ok animation (I was my first animation ever) And I thought people would comment something like, they enjoyed it or that they would like to keep seeing me improve. (many people on other websites loved it as well) But on Reddit? As I submitted my animated gif to that subreddit, I immediately got a reply from some weirdo who said that I should be ashamed of myself because I made this animation (and all sort of other degrading stuffs) When I blocked them, some other person then replied other hateful comments and my post got a lot of downvotes. So, I next tried posting my artworks on an art subreddit where they had promised that they support artists of all levels. But when I posted, nobody said anything but once again my post got a lot of downvotes! I left that site within a few hours (this is the only website I have left so quickly) it's utterly discouraging and I don't recommend this site to anyone who wants some exposure or wanting to meet good people in general.

Not as bad as Quora in moderation and people (despite having self-absorbed circlejerks) but for the Goddess’ sake stop calling the Czech Republic Eastern Europe! Even if we divide Europe just to West and East, non-Orthodox and non-Muslim post-communist countries are BLATANT West! Every child here knows it. By keeping the archaic dinosaur Iron Curtain division of Europe you’re insulting the real Easterners too, considering famine in Ukraine and other atrocities. Grow up. You’re dinosaurs so evolve or die out.
