It seems that people don't understand how to give reviews on Trustpilot.
Most all of the reviewers are giving 1-star reviews not about the Reddit website/platform/organisation etc., but for the actions of users they disagree with on the site - the equivalent of giving youtube.com a 1-star review because you dislike a video someone posted on it.
Only a few of the reviewers grasp the concept that they aren't reviewing the actions of specific users on the site. Of course Reddit isn't perfect, but the overall low rating shown here is not a true indication of the average Reddit user experience.

Very fun platform.
I think I spend too much time on Reddit scrolling through the posts and answers.
But I can’t help with it cuz it gives me really fun time like no other social media platform does.
Maybe the community on Reddit should behave more politely.

Time well spent
I have no idea how much time I spent on Reddit reading all sorts of posts on multiple topics from ramen to cybersport.
And of course I’m enjoying all the memes that were created by the community. Our life would be incomplete without Reddit.

Lots of Interesting Information & Topics …
I enjoy Reddit as there's so much to read and learn and on various topics. If you can think of it, there's probably a sub or community for it. However, it is heavily moderated and at times it's unnecessary. There are lots of members there that have tons of good useful knowledge and there are some who are disrespectful or just rude for no apparent reason. It's very interesting to me and I love learning new information on my topics of interest and that's what keeps me there.

Reddit- My new discord-
Reddit- My new discord- Discord sucks and Reddit is amazing. Reddit really helped me through some very challenging things. My mental health was very bad and now that my discord account is disabled (story in my discord review) it is the only thing I can turn to. It makes me laugh and smile. I was having a very rough day today and I never really looked at Reddit as anything but an off-brand Instagram. Then today I looked through it and realized it has so much more than any social media app I've been on. You're not expected to look a certain way or make your life sound perfect. To be honest you could just make fun of your life and become Reddit famous. Soo to anyone who doesn't like Reddit try getting off other social media and look at Reddit without comparing it.
