Lucky the lowest star is 1, this was horrible customer service with lies and know one on the same page. Jason and Susan are horrible at what they do for this company and should be a shame. Alex is very understanding and was doing the job for the rest of them witch they should be ashamed of. But it still did not fall through as per what they are promoting they don’t provide the services. Long process to not even fall through very horrible experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

I agreed to have my website built and hosted with them and all I got was put out of business. I no longer have a website, my domain was sold, my email no longer works. They will promise you the world but beware they will continue to ask for mor money and when you refuse you lose everything.

Susan, was great and helped me redesign the website. She had lots of useful ideas.

I started several projects on May 31, 2024. My experience has not been the best, however, the relationship with Susan G. was calming. She inherited my project that was not properly designed and lacked satisfaction. As a customer, we expect to receive what we purchase with quality service and products. Susan G, stepped in with damage control. Although I don’t think she was recognized for it, I standing in the gap to say so. She spent more time than I expected to make it right. The last project she assisted with were my company shirts. I knew that it wasn’t a good idea to order from them but I tried it anyway. The quality was not as expected and promised. She tried to locate a different brand but it didn’t meet my deadline. So things are just not going to be the best option but the effort of trying has proved her worth and dedication to customers and the company. I really appreciate her willingness and calming tone. May giving her the credit for being an asset. Susan…keep up the good work!
