Disgusting. It’s like trying to argue with a nightmare.

I wish I knew then what I know now. Blitz is the worst website building company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The upfront cost was high, the process and time to actually have a website online was insane. The lies about having access to my own website was a slap in the face when they gave me 2 options to either pay them more to update my website each time if I wanted to add new products, promotions or new designs. Or sign a waiver removing accountability for them if I wanted access to my own website. They really push their own hosting, they wanted to upcharge for everything. The website was a very basic, 1 page that was very easily identifiable as a amateur a.i assisted website. Most info was incorrect on our page which again we were required to pay for changes. Absolute horrible experience. I can’t understand how they are rated 4.2 stars by trust pilot. I also started recovering an influx of spam calls, texts, And emails shortly after starting the website process with them. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. Instead search up blue collar websites and let them build your site. They are the absolute best and everything blitz wanted to charge for after the initial website build is included in a very affordable easily manageable monthly charge that has remained the same our entire time with them. We have gained 100’s of new clients with out website. Not to mention they are U.S based and are very easily to talk with when needed to make changes. It’s been 3 years since my disaster with blitz happened and a text message after declining a spam risk call is what reminded me about this huge mistake and reminded me of the name of the company. And the text was asking me to renew my website with them. Lmbo they are absolutely crazy

This Blitz website people is diabolical. They are not a reputable company they have no company and is not credible.I was mislead to hire them to do my website and it was a total disaster, they are terrible unprofessional they are evil con artist. Customer be vigilant and deep dive into looking up these fake businesses before you make any decision. And they will do anything to not refund you your money. And most of the reviews you see most of them made up , they were repermanded by the BBB. Pay close attention to the warning and red flags on them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Delays, Broken Promises, and No Resolution I began working with Blitz in July 2025. As of today, the project is still not completed. Since October 2025, I have repeatedly requested that outstanding items be finished, yet the work remained incomplete. By March 2026, after months of delays, I asked if we could exchange the unfinished work for other deliverables that would provide value. I also requested a simple video walkthrough so I could complete certain items myself. Neither request was fulfilled. Throughout this process, I was consistently told that things would be completed “soon,” but deadlines came and went with no delivery. Communication was inconsistent, and follow-through was extremely poor. I worked directly with Alex, and the experience was challenging. There were multiple inconsistencies, and despite being willing to pay for additional requests, I was told that wasn’t necessary and that everything would be completed. Even as recently as March 2026, Alex personally assured me the remaining work would be finished — yet again, nothing was delivered and communication stopped. I exercised an exceptional amount of patience over many months, but the repeated promises, lack of completion, and being ignored became unacceptable. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I did not feel valued as a client. I cannot recommend Blitz based on my experience.

This company is fraudulent Their delivery boy (Arjun) abused me Call me far away from my address registered he didn't want to deliver on time n correct place.. He promised to deliver on next day. After this I was waiting for 3-4 days and try to contact. On 4th day he was saying that he returned my parcel and abused me badly Chudail bulane se ni aayi. Bhutni. Funking. All hated words I don't I want to recall.. #boycott #illmanner staff #illterated

This company is a fraud and a scam. They claimed they created the CALM.COM website! That is a bold faced lie that I fell for at first. They also claim they are in Freemont but that is virtual address as I suspect they are out of the country. They always called from random out of state phone numbers. They claimed they could do all my website images, logo, database and design all for $3200 which is super low. They even offered a money back guarantee which I said I could get anytime (yeah right. That was only one of the red flags. The first red flag was all of the super long AI created emails sent to me. When I asked if they were responding with AI they lied and said " No I promise this is not AI this is a real person" lol Yes it was a real person, a real person using AI. I put it through an AI detector and that very email was 81 percent AI. I was very luck to see these reviews on here with over 30 percent of people being scammed by them. From what I have read they may have completed some "landing pages" for a few people and most likely created fake reviews on here. They are really truly a scam DO NOT USE THEM

The agent named Terry Maines from this company scammed me this week for $400 for a Wikipedia page. Please do NOT use this company and 360 wiki writers they work together to scam people. I’ve requested a refund I got ghosted.
