Do not sign up for this casino they have really bad customer service

First time ever playing this site and it’ll be my last time playing as well this site sucks big time no bonus round and mainly dead spins

This has been going on for a while now and they blame there paying customer for the days resetting back to day one please tell me how its my fault that there dam site resets back to day 1 its messed up when they basically call you a liar

UPDATE:FINALLY GOT REDEMPTION BUT THEY SENT IN FORMS OF REFUNDS BECAUSE MY STATE TENNESSEE ISNT PLAYABLE NO MORE EVEN THO LEADING UP TO THAT I COULD PURCHASE AND PLAY NO ISSUES. I UNDERSTAND LOTS OF CASINOS ARE LEAVING TN BUT THEM TAKING 2 WEEKS TO TELL ME THIS SBD HOLDING NY MONEY KNOWING IT WAS SOMETHING SO SIMPLE IM SURE THEY KNEW AS SOON AS I REQUESTED MY REDEMPTION.... THESE CASINOS ARE GETTING SAD BUT QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

I would give you a story if I could. They slowed down games and kicked me out during bonuses when my connection was fine and this is just the beginning. I promised us see For quests I completed and it said I received them but over 50 dollars of quest money and I did not get it. I did not receive my redemption either. I am fighting them through my bank and I had to shut down my atm Visa card also! Customerservice would tell me my balance and give me the runaround even though I had screenshots of everything that went wrong. I would give zero stars or negative if I could.

I have explored close to 50 online casinos over the last year and have been able to win or at least been able to keep cycling my deposits through to keep playing for quite a while with a solid 80%- 90% of them. Blitzmania is part of the 10%-20% that no matter how much money you deposit in you will always lose it in the end and you will be constantly chasing a win. I don't recommend this casino.

I woke up to a charge on my debit card that i did not make through them. I contacted them through chat but they said they couldn't find the transaction. I did not get any coins in my account or anything but they did take the money out of my account made it negative.

I have to say , I'm impressed with this social casino winning 1500$ on my first day playing with them!! Just waiting for the redeem and if it goes through smoothly I will be really impressed. I see a lot of negative reviews but this is the second best social casino I've tried yet. That's my second biggest win yet and I desperately need it right now so I'm so grateful.
