Their T&C/TOS say you can delete your account via "my profile" option, but it's inaccurate. I enjoyed my trial, could have redeemed but decided I'd rather try & win something substantial. I am not a fan of strictly slot dens, & prefer live table games, so I'd like to delete my account & leave my winning/losing/ playing in general to one of the many casinos I frequent. Blitzmania doesn't pose as a casino, so that's good. I just know I'd be tempted to take advantage of 3x SC promotions if they're still offering, & that would leave me to the mercy of RNG, which isn't my style. I'm surprised reviews are so poor here actually! I didn't read any, but tons of slot dens have great reviews, so I know ppl love them. I don't know why it has a 2.4* rating here, but I'm sure ppl have their reasons. Maybe just sore losers. I give it a solid 3, if they're legitimate. There are 20 or so bonafide casinos I frequent, with casino games, so slots alone won't do it for me. Even if I'd redeemed when my $15 deposit was an $80 available redemption, & had been paid, I'd still not prefer RNG games. I'm not even going to read reviews. I'm afraid the T&C are inaccurate saying I can delete my account via profile, so these reasons, only slots & false information are why I only gave 3 stars. JRB

People PLEASE Do not waste your time or money here, it's a sketchy and unprofessional site. I deposited $9.99 for a deal offered, that was my first time ever buying any packages on this site, I played multiple slots and manage to get to $300 to withdraw. Mind you my account wasn't verified prior so I went ahead and went through the vertification process that Saturday night and they promptly verified my account, afterwards I went to redeem, entered my details and the request was sent. I woke up the next day with an email from them simply labeled "risk" in lower case letters(which is already weird because the email looked EXTREMELY Unprofessionally typed out, like by a nine year old or someone that was in a rush to type it out but the biggest red flag was that I found a SINGLE Typo in the email I receive from them, an instance where the word Account was spelled incorrectly as Acount.) stating I had "Multiple Acounts" which is false. The literal moment I tried to redeem my my winnings, they abruptly closed my account the next day. I only own one phone and have never made or verified any other account with them. When I asked for proof or information regarding this alleged duplicate account, they refused to provide any other details or explanations, just Closed my account after me winning and them taking my money, no explanation or nothing. They simply take your money and if you actually win on the site they find any excuse to deactivate your account and keep your money. They try to look a lot like legitimate platforms like CCC but they operate like a sketchy rug pull site. I'm sharing this to warn the online gambling community due to my experience with Blitz. Their low rating is obviously low for a REASON. They'll pay out winnings every Blue moon just to keep up the facade of being a paying casino but most people I've spoken to on other platforms have had very similar experiences of winning and not being paid out, even with winnings as low as $100!!! This casino is a no go. I'll be taking my money to other honest platforms like CCC or high5 that actually pay out unlike blitz. Terrible site absolutely would no recommend, upset I gave them my bank and debit card information now. Update: August 3rd 2026 "I'm updating my review so others may know that I initially had my account closed for allegedly having multiple accounts with this casino, even though it was my first account ever made and verified by them. After contacting support, they reviewed the case, restored my suspended account, and went ahead and paid out my $300 withdrawal via ACH. The payout was honored, but the initial false accusation and confusing communication made for a stressful experience."

I mean I like them because they pay when you win but I'm having problems with my referral they keep saying they will email me with update it's been days the person I referred signed up verified deposit the amount requested for referral one agent I was chatting with even said she can see my referral made the qualifying purchase but I still have no referral that's why I gave them 3 stars for now

Takes a long time to get redemption

1 of the 3 slot websites I will play . This website has been fairly decent to me . Obviously can’t be under impression that you will in every single time you deposit anytime of money . I will change my 3 out of 5 stars right away once my recent request for $1000 (which is my highest winnings since signing up 2 months ago) is deposited into my bank account. All other winnings have been $100 and under which was deposited into bank account within 3days . I am very nervous waiting on my recent redemption request due to reading other reviews with 1 star that are directed at no receiving high $ amount redemption request. But over all I am satisfied with playing slots on this website and is my first go too when wanting to spend money ! My review again is be changed to 5 STARS + once seeing pending redemption amount come to my bank account !!?! Don’t let me down Blitzmania!!!! You got me as a customer for life

It's ok. I've been playing for a few wks and my daily bonus keeps going back to day 1. They put $2 in my account after I messaged them and they said they was aware of the problem.

At this current time I’m giving my experience with Blitzmania a 3 star rating which leaves room for my overall experience that’ll be adjusted accordingly. Just as you read what others have said on the redemption process I’m to experiencing the same difficulty. Customer support states that my redemption was processed and I should have received it by now but I’m here to say so far there’s been no such luck. I haven’t read not one previous experience when someone has stated that they have actually received their winnings. Just a bunch of people being hopeful that it’ll be resolved somehow and receive their redemptions eventually. I guess I’m one of those people now as well. In all honesty nobody should have to go through these kinds of experiences. Nobody should have to go through hardships like this that takes days, weeks, years, possibly NEVER… I’m very skeptical at this point
