BlitzmaniaReviews of blitzmania.com

Has some good games but missing games from providers I really enjoy like kendoo for example. It was the quickest $75 dollar loss. I had 2 bonuses but both left me under the cost of the spins I had used to get there. Winning is awesome but I play bc I really like the games so that factors in heavily. Good deals but I have never cashed out and for that reason and the games that I can either not play in my area or they simply don't have, I've decided this platform is not for me personally. Congrats to the winners and good luck to the new players.

Bliztmania is refusing to accept my proof of identity, stating my id must be valid for 3 months out which in technicality July-Sept is 3 months. also the Verification is via sumsub which I have an account with and use regularly. I will probably just play the $100 I was gonna redeem and deactivate my account and play elsewhere.

Decent site with some glaring issues. Relatively small library of games and poor referral program with tracking issues. Support was no help in rectifying the situation, but was very responsive. Low redemption minimum and solid welcome offer. I could see this site improving with time, but as of right now, I’d argue slightly below average.

Signed up for the site, was given a referral code from my buddy. Saw there were some. I saw there were some nice looking offers and was going to purchase after work. Two hours later, after work, I logged in and all of the offers were gone. I reached out to support who told me they are time-limited and they encouraged me to buy a regular pack in the store. If this is how they treat new users, I would not feel confident giving them my money with the trust they would give it back if I won money. Very disappointing experience and I am a new user. Imagine how you would be treated if you won money from them.

Would be a lot better if their daily bonus worked properly! Each day I login. Sometimes when I go to collect my daily bonus it resets me and I don’t get my SC! Or I collect on the day it says I get fee SC and it never credits to my account. Beyond annoying. I also made it to Gold VIP, it says my daily rewards would upgrade, that never happened! I reach out to customer service, nothing gets fixed. Their site doesn’t work well and they need to fix that

There games are similar to rest of casinos, but after sinking $50 into games and only winning $20 back I would not rate this casino very worthy of winning any money on it. I started low at .20 cents all the way up to a dollar and at a dollar spin you may would get .80 cent win approximately every 5 spins. Not very good odds at all. But good luck to them but my suggestion would be if you wanna throw money away , then this is the casino for you.

Original post- I had fun playing on this casino & I won $850 after my initial deposit of $19.99. I was told that redemptions usually take a few hours but it could take as long as 72 hours. I am fully verified but it’s been well over the 72 hours and my redemption is still pending. I have contacted customer service several times and they just keep saying to be patient. I feel like I have been patient & have asked if they need any further info & they say “no” so at this point I would not recommend spending your money at this casino Update- I did get a message from customer service apologizing and stating they had escalated the issue again along with the following response At this time, while your redemption request has indeed been expedited and is currently under review by our internal team, I do want to be transparent that we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for when the funds will be reflected in your account. I understand this is not the specific answer you were hoping for, and I’m very sorry for that. Please rest assured that your concern remains a priority, and our team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. As soon as there is any update available regarding the status or expected release of your funds, we will reach out to you immediately. It’s been a week and although I have been receiving responses from customer service I still have no reason as to why this is taking so long or any timeline as to when it will be resolved.

I thought this casino was great until I sought after the responsible gameplay tools and found they have none. Now they are being predatory by not closing the account even after several requests. This is not a good thing considering that casinos can be addictive. Due to being ignored for something so essential and not.having these tools readily available, I am reducing my rating.
