BlitzmaniaReviews of blitzmania.com

I didn't have not 1 bit of fun out of $75.00. I played several games. Didn't get not 1 BONUS. THEY HAVE THEIR GAMES SOOOOO TIGHT. ( HARD WIN) I DIDN'T GET NO WINNING BOARD OR NOT 1 BONUS OUT OF $75. I PLAYED SEVERAL DIFFERENT GAMES.

I have tried several times to chat or email just to set a spend limit. I was told that is NOT possible. As an updated comment, they did reach out about fixing these issues. And they resolved my issue. I really appreciate them reading the review and taking it seriously. Update 04/14/2026. They lied after reaching out, still didn’t close the account. And now I’ve spent thousands and gotten zero cashback rewards. They refuse to help now.

So far heard nothing about my redeem it’s been pending for almost 72 hours and will give an update when received ….they said my redeem is processed and sent but support said it’s not and when I log on it says pending and this is day 7-8…..i did receive your redeem that Monday with another redeem I did the same day so all good in my book redeemed 600 the first time I believe off the welcome bonus and 100 off my welcome offer

They have been very helpful on fixing a mess up and sorry has been amazing. I have changed my rating on them because of how well there support team is. Thank you

I change my review from one star to five - Blitzmania went above an beyond making my late redemption right So what started out as frustrating and stressful ended up being Fantastic I highly recommend this platform.

So far so Good!!!

Had originally encountered some issues with verification and support but the general manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure things were made right and that I was satisfied. All the issues I had were addressed and taken care of and this company has actually been one of, if not the, most accommodating and helpful social casinos. Since the couple of hiccups I had with them in the beginning they have really stepped in and done what they needed to do. I’m very satisfied with Blitzmania and the support that I have received especially from their general manager. This site is 100% legit and def one that I recommend if nothing else but for their amazing customer support. Thank you Blitzmania for changing my mind and for being a model of how social casinos should give support to their customers.

I had a little mix up with my bank and blitzmania redemption process but the agents were very helpful to try to get this solved for me it’s been a couple of days but it’s moving in the right direction so I can retrieve my money Thanks
