I love your eye drop. Right now my ins. don't want to cover it, but I have not given up. Your product works!!

I appreciate receiving from BlinkRx a complimentary bottle of Miebo eye drops for dry eye. Unfortunately, my Medicare health insurance denied this prescription as it is not on their formulary. Because I have government insurance, BlinkRx cannot bring down the cost very much. As a result, with my hefty co-pay, I cannot afford to purchase Miebo. If I had commercial insurance, my co-pay would be much less.

I am concerned because you sent me a text saying the medication was not approved by insurance, but went ahead and shipped it anyways. I have not opened the package I am waiting to hear what I need to do with this unauthorized medicine. I cannot afford to pay $700 out of pocket. update: the company reached out and got everything squared away with me as I did not realize this was a free sample. They also gave me cash price quotes on other medications I take so I may be using them in the future

I was impressed with how quickly I received my Rx. I was contacted the same day it was written and received it within a couple of days. I had some questions regarding my medication and received a call back from Brad, one of the pharmacists. He was very pleasant and helpful, answering all my questions. I have found Blink pharmacy to be very professional and am quite pleased.
