About 4 days ago, I wrote a statement saying the BlinkRx practices are deceptive. Now that I have received a phone call to clarify the process, I feel better about it. I didn't fully understand what they're doing, and now I get it. Thanks for the follow up and explaining how I can get the medication!

It was fine, but I only have less than a week of meds left. I don’t know how to order more. I wish I had counted them when they came, I am not sure I got a month’s worth of pills.

The process to get approved and signup was amazing. The reason for only 4 stars is the delivery process is very slow. And I don't know how to reorder.

Once I got to the right person, she was able to explain that these came in pairs for a reason. The first guy said he had to put me through to a pharmacist. But the pharmacist never called back as promised. When I called again a few days later, I spoke to a different operator who explained

Love the drop. Only problem with it is, you can't feel the drop go in your eyes. I end up putting too much in my eyes.

The comfort level is best of any of the prescription eye drops I have used. However, I have found that on some days the blurred vision can be quite an issue. That is the reason I gave the product a four star rating.
