CIGNA denied my request for coverage.
I just received a letter from CIGNA saying they have denied my coverage for TRYPTYR 0.003 % Droperette because it is not on my formulary. They want me to try CYCLOSPORINE 0.05% Droperette. I will give this letter to my doctor. I really do like your medication and hope that this can be resolved. I am 80 years old and on a fixed income so I may have to go with the other medication.
