We took a new prescription for birth control. It supposedly delivered in 4-6 days, but after 10 days we had not received it. We decided then to make another order for the same pill, this time to pick up in a local farmacy as we needed the pill on that date. They gave a thousand problems to the farmacy in which we wanted to pick it up, and apparently if we wanted to refill the we would need to do a new doctor visit because of some incompatibility with NY state law. A complete mess.

Stay Far Away From This Company. .
. . if you're there for their erectile dysfunction (ED) prescription and auto-refill program. They offer an ongoing promo that includes a complimentary instant rebate of the first month of their monthly subscription price (currently $9.95) and the first bottle of medication which in my case is 5 mg. x 30 pills of Tadalafil (generic Cialis). You only pay for the "doctor visit" which is not an actual online visit with a doctor -- it is merely the patient answering a batch of questions which will supposedly be reviewed by a physician. My response in which I was denied of any prescription for ED came in the form of a generic statement (likely a computer-generated response) advising me to seek medical help at a doctor's office or hospital, but offered NO specific explanation how they arrived at that determination.
(1) I can assure you that none of my answers warranted me to seek additional medical help (also, I was/am not currently taking any other medications)
(2) I called Blink Health and asked to consult with the doctor by phone or e-mail who supposedly attended to my case -- this is not allowed!
(3) I was/am currently taking the EXACT medication/dosage that I was requesting with no adverse issues
(4) Other than to get a Tadalafil prescription from an online doctor, I have not sought medical help since my appt. (over a month ago) and am doing fine, duh! :D
So what's going on here?? It is not a tall wall to climb over for a doctor to approve an ED medication prescription. In fact, in many countries these are sold over-the-counter. Why do I think I was turned down? --because I said I was already taking it!!-- Blink Health offers the first prescription filled free because they want you to be subscribed to their monthly auto-refill -- which is currently $59.95 for the amount of Tadalafil described above plus $9.95/month to access the company's services = $69.90 total. When I purchase the same pills (1-month supply) through my local pharmacy, I pay $8.53 using my free Rx card that I got from an online website. So what Blink Health likely feared is that I would take advantage of their promo and then cancel before the first auto-refill would occur -- and they are correct! Why would I want to pay for their over-priced medication?! In case you missed it: YOU can pay MUCH less for an ED pill by going to one of the many websites that offer a free Rx card which avails you negotiated prices at most (almost all?) of the pharmacies in the U.S. -Also, you can get a prescription via an online doctor (an actual medical visit) for much cheaper than the Blink Health 1-month refill price -- my doctor appt. cost just $35 and after answering 4 or 5 simple questions regarding my ED condition, I was written a prescription for 3 months of Tadalafil. To fill the 3-months supply it cost me $12.15 using the Rx card previously mentioned. Including the $35 for the online doctor visit = $47.15 -- that's a savings of over $160 compared to Blink Health's cost! ($69.90 x 3 = $209.70 + doctor visit cost) -Even if I factor in the [single-use] promo, the first 3 months of medication using Blink Health would still cost about $100 more.
Blink Health shelters their responsibility of the doctor visits accessed through their site by contracting an outside company rather than hiring medical professionals themselves. This way, when you get an ambiguous assessment, it's not their doing, and you're not allowed to directly access this contracted medical establishment -- how convenient for Blink Health. Oh, and no matter the result they keep your doctor visit fee (currently $5). That doesn't sound like a lot, but imagine all of the people who get turned down; it's a racket.
My words to Blink Health: Your method in conducting doctor visits is highly unprofessional. Some of us American citizens rely almost solely on online medical services because we don't have health insurance. When a company abuses this format, it sends a bad message to regulatory authorities to continue allowing access to health care in this fashion. -- In a fair world, the CEO of Blink Health will spend some extended time in a prison cell for his company's shady business ways. .

They shorted me on my medication and…
They shorted me on my medication and then denied doing so. There is absolutely no reason that anyone should be receiving a prescription that is half a pill short, but they did that to me three times in a row. I would not trust this company in the slightest.

My prescription was for 6 months of…
My prescription was for 6 months of blood pressure medication. I ordered 90 days. The receipt I got said they only sent 30 days at a much higher price. I never got my medication but the charge is still on my statement. I have waited over 2 weeks and called 3 times. They said I couldn't have 90 days, couldn't cancel, and still charged me for medicine I never got.
