While Blink Health is not a scam their business practices are sketchy. They started my monthly subscription more than 3 days early before i could cancel. I then cancelled literally 1 minute after it was charged and after a back and forth with customer service for 2 days they told me there was nothing they would do. They could do something but wouldn’t. There policies are predatory and not good for the customer.

Very dissatisfied with this service, they make you pay then they tell you if you want it today you have to pay again and then they tell you they will not provde you with the prescription they already had approved. What the heck is that all about? Will never use or recommend this provider to anyone. Their website is terrible and when you call they cannot help you. Thanks for stealing my money and giving me nothing.

Week after week, they won't send out the prescription. Call after call and speaking with customer service they can't figure out why. They are inept. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES WITH LESS HASSLE. DON'T BOTHER.

Total scammers. Be very careful. They are thieves. They take your money, they don’t send the item, and never ever refund you and say the cost is because they wrote an email to you that they are not going to sell to you. A bunch of thieves for your hard work earned money. AVOID These scammer Thieves.

Blink canceled my prescription and stopped sending me medications, BUT CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT MONTHLY. When I contacted the company, I was told my prescription had expired. I received no notice of the expiration, and when I asked for a refund for the three months they took my money and sent me nothing, I was told company policy is to only refund two months. This is blatant FRAUD and THEFT.

Almost 100% price increase - no explanation. Goodrx offers online consult and fraction of price for the medication I need.
