Ordered my medication on line. My Doctor had sent a prescription for 50MG "take 1 or two daily" as needed. I talked to the DR. and they stated 100MG would be fine. I ordered 100MG and Blink sent me 50MG and refused to allow me the cancel the order.

I made an order and got denied by the DR, and I'm a perfect candidate!! They only did that to keep the 10 dollars and they said non-refundable. LOL trust me-I got my money back- I work the Better Business Bureau and they picked the wrong guy!

Their price for certain medications is the best around. However, once we moved and our zip code changed on our HSA card I was no longer able to use our HSA card to complete purchases, even though we updated everything with the bank and with blink health. I even got the bank on a 3-way call with blink health. Nothing was resolved, and no one has reached out to resolve the issue even though it has been 3 months and I have now called 3 times to follow up. Very disappointed and ready to take out my prescription and business elsewhere.

Attempting to get in touch with anyone from customer service is virtually non-existent. I have left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back. I am wanting to cancel my policy.

Twice I have gotten emails out of the blue that an expensive medication has been shipped and billed, without any sort of heads up that it was going to process soon in order to give me time to make any changes to my subscription as necessary. I've now given them 200 dollar so far for a product I absolutely do not need and their customer service has refused to give me a refund. It's customary practice for a subscription service to send out an email that an order is going to process and allow the customer to make any necessary changes. Would never deal with this company again. One of the shadiest companies I've dealt with in a long time.

Stay far away from this company as possible they don't know even how to transmit an order from one Pharmacy to another how to ship and track orders they are crap and. On Saturday October 8 they emailed me to see if I needed refill. I said yes. They told me they would send tracking info. Well I got email confirmation of order. No tracking. So Monday October 10 I called Market 32 the company they use. They didn't get order. So call Blink. They said they electronicly transmitted order. But something went wrong. Thus has happened before. So they then emailed Market 32. October 11 FedEx delivered medications at 12:10 pm. Usually Blink sends tracking information a hr after delivery. Well Thursday. I get email from Blink with tracking. Another saying delivered. 50 hrs after delivery. I called blink on Thursday to complain wanting to speak to the supervisor. I called Friday asking to speak to a supervisor. I called this past Monday and today asking to speak to a supervisor. The people I do speak to chuckle and say we have a glitch in our system. They've had a glitch in the system for over two and a half years. I

This is a scam... When they tell you to go to a urgent care center for evaluation. and not give you a prescription Just to get your ten bucks....

Blink health automatically sets you up for prescription renewals and makes it REALLY hard to cancel the auto renewal. Seems more like a scam business.
