Blink signed me up without my permission and overrode my zero co-pay government benefits. I did not give Blink my info, sign up for an account or even know what it was until I had to use grocery money on prescriptions that were supposed to be free! This company is a straight-up scam. If you get government assistance, Blink never reports the amount it steals from you. It looks as if you got your meds for free but Blink has falsified the forms and it has pocketed your money. Check your pharmacy every time if you don't want to be victimized by these crooks! If the bottle says "Blink" make the pharmacist override the scammer by telling him or her to use only your legitimate medical benefits and/or insurance! I am unsurprised Blink has no record of my account because I never made one and had to have Kroger Pharmacy remove Blink from my prescription account after my government benefits were overridden 3 times by Blink. You cannot give a discount on $0.00 copays! I have to fill out reimbusement forms now to get my stolen money back, and the government will be told who overcharged me by 100 percent! Stop messing with people's Medicare/Medicaid/SDNP benefits! We are disabled, dying and don't have time to mess with thieves! Blink needs to stop contact with me NOW! Harassing me gets you nowhere, Blink! I kept my proof and I know how lawyers work. You. Stole. My. Money!

Hello Sherri, We've reviewed our records and we are unable to find any accounts(Active or Deactivated) associated with your name, telephone # or email address provided. If an account is associated with the contact information provided, it would be displayed in our database to pinpoint the reason for outreach, but at this time I'm unable to find any records. We are not a scam! BlinkRx is a digital pharmacy that provides you lowest prescription price, We are nationally recognized provider of pharmacy discounts and we adhere to HIPAA security standards when appropriate and comply with insurance coverage regulations. We are unable to process any approved claims without patients authorization, if there is a prescribed medication received from your Doctor's office, our first step is to reach out to the patient and advise of the next step for the received prescription. Ordered and received one RX in December. Decided to refill in January but had an allergic reaction. Called in 1/23 to cancel and ask for refund. They had not yet sent the RX due to some problem with a signature. Said they'd cancel and issue a refund within five business days. On 1/31 got an email with a tracking number on it saying my order had shipped. Call the company and they admitted their mistake in filling the prescription, but now refuse to refund the money. They said that having an allergic reaction was not a valid reason to cancel, but if I had simply said "I don't want it" they would have issued the refund. $100 is a lot of money to lose for anyone, particularly a senior citizen. Taking it up with my credit card issuer, hopefully they can issue a refund and go after this fraudulent company

What a terrible company to do business with. In Dec 20 they charged my credit card. We never received shipment. When we called they said it had shipped to Missouri (we’re in AZ). Said they’d resend. Never got. Then said our address is not in the data base. That’s BS and we still don’t have meds or a credit. The Doctors who recommend this must be getting a big kickback

Requested two prescriptions and paid a pretty high amount, but still cheaper than other discount companies. Was told I had to hsve them filled with certain stores, so I spent a couple days getting them transferred from CVS to Walmart. The first order went through and provided the insurance card needed to pick up the prescription, but the second one charged my card, never gave the insurance card and still shows that I owe the money. I went go Walmart to get the first prescription and they said it doesn't cover the cost of the prescription. I've been trying to call them for days now and cannot get through to anyone. I do not have the money to pay full price and can't get my prescriptions now, which I run out of today. I feel like this conpany is just a huge scam and have no idea how they're allowed to operate based on this experience and all the negative reviews. I will be filing every complaint possible to get them shut down.

Do not use this company for meds there are way better ones that operate without so much confusion. Blink website is so stupid you will not know if your meds have been sent, if you need a prescription renewal and if they have sent your meds. The website just throws all your info against a wall to see what sticks. The communication from this company is terrible also. They are not informative and not proactive. This means once a month you will be wondering if you’re getting meds and won’t be able to tell from the website because it’s horrible. I’m about to find a better company

This company makes no sense. They present themselves like other online pharmacies, but once you complete your info and input a credit card, they tell you to pick up your medication at the pharmacy you chose. What they do not tell you is that you need a script. But if you need a script, you wouldn't use Blink in the first place. Just get it from an MD and have them call it in. Avoid!!

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate that you brought this to our attention. We value all customer feedback, both negative and positive. Please note, when the medication that is sought after is displayed on the Blink Health website, a banner is provided under the available pricing options informing users "Prescription is required" for pick-up our Home delivery. Our services work the same way as it would when filling a medication at your local pharmacy. A prescription must be on file so that the pharmacy can provide your medication accordingly based on the instructions provide by your Doctor. We apologize that you did not have a positive experience with Blink. We hope that every customer is satisfied with his or her interaction with Blink and has a positive experience. Thank you for your feedback!
