Hello Craig, We value all customer feedback, both negative and positive. Here at BlinkRx we understand the importance of obtaining medication. We want to do what is right by our customers, but there are guidelines that must be followed to adhere to in regards to Pharmacy regulations, so we may provide accurate pricing. If you are picking up at a pharmacy, we do not have insight into pharmacy inventory. We recommend that you contact your pharmacy to confirm that your medication is in stock. If you are unable to find another pharmacy in your area that has your medication in stock, you can hold onto your purchase until it is available or you can cancel at anytime and get a full refund. If you would like to remove your card and deactivate your profile, please reach out to us by email at [email protected] or you can speak to one of our dedicated agents by calling 844-265-6444 and they will assist you with the status of your refund, the deactivation of your account, and the removal of your payment method.
