I’ve been trying to refill. First month was free. Refill price says $60! Not going to pay that. Phoned customer svc. they said my doc could call in pre-auth and reduce cost which he did but blink still says $60. Going in circles with each saying the other needs to do something.

They were supplying me with a prescription on autofill. They sent me an email saying it was shipping. I never received it and ran out of my prescription. They cancelled the autofill because of some unclarified insurance issue (my credit card was on file - I was paying for the prescription). I spoke to them, ordered the prescription and asked them to expedite shipping since I was out of my medication because they did not ship it as scheduled. They refused. I still do not have my medication.

I have emailed and have spoken to one of your representatives to explain I do not want to order Miebo and I cannot seem to communicate this.

I can’t afford an $800 Rx.

Harassing. I’ve unsubscribed many times but continue to be contacted. When I contacted customer service I was told I had to give my social security number to unsubscribe. This seemed very fishy. Very poor customer service

The medicine made my eyes blurry. I called to cancel. I waited for the pharmacist and they never picked up. They never called me back to cancel the medicine. This is a terrible website. No one can help you and they don’t call you back. I will never use this website again

It takes way too long to process the order and ship it out. So far it’s been 7 days since I placed the order and I’m still waiting. They need to get better at processing times and shipping times.

I had a prescription and they gave me a quote of over $1000.00 after my insurance. I had the same prescription sent to Walmart & got a price of $510.00. What gives? BEWARE
