I would not be using this pharmacy if I didn’t have to. They’re not very forthcoming when it comes to who they’re billing for a prescription. I explicitly stated multiple time I wanted my medication billed to my insurance with the manufacturer discount and they still billed the discount program available without letting me know. I only use this pharmacy because they are the only ones authorized to dispense my medication. I do not like them.

My refill was very late. I had run out of eye drops a week prior and I still hadn't received my refill until I wrote to complain. Some days I didn't even use the drops 4 times per day so it's not that I over used them

I know this product is new but I am very disappointed with the service. I received a free 3 month supply. It has worked great and I wanted to continue with this but for some reason it was not covered. I have tried calling multiple times and have not received any help. I am now out of my drops and still have no answers if I will be able to get more.

This is a horrible experience. No one is responsible for replacing lost prescription packages. I called 6 times after my package was lost for a week and a half. The shippers took 5 days to send out a package and then it got lost and no one at blink or the shipper would do anything about it and my corneas are getting more and more injured. Everyone passes the buck to the next person and tells you to wait 48 hours for a call back. This is life-saving prescription drugs you are dealing with. There should be no delays like this. Chandrima in Pharmacy Clinical on 2/6/25 was the only person who was empathetic and tried to help.

Blink RX is a scam with no one in the company caring how they deal with customers. I received the first prescription and qualified for a $0 co-pay. Then approved for the refil on Dec 27th 2024. Also have a card that says I qualify for $0 co-pay. Jan 6th I get a call for their pharmacy that I have to pay $630!! So, did they wait until the new calendar year to make me pay some money? But then I picked up my prescription from my usual walk-in pharmacy and it was $60-odd. Explain that to me please? I wrote to the BBB and they have not replied (more than a month) but I did receive something from Blink RX saying that my insurance did not pay? Now who is the liar? And who does not care about customers. Should people really trust this company? Buyer beware!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - The app is horrible and non-functional. They will auto-refill the rx without your consent. Then they will NOT refund the money if you have adverse reactions to medications.

If I could give zero stars I would. My physician sent them an RX for prescription on 1/27. By 1/30 they didn’t have a price for me so i had my physician send a 30 day supply RX to a local pharmacy. Now they say they can’t get a price because it isn’t time to fill the prescription. I won’t be using a place that can’t process an order sooner than 4 days in the future.

I wish auto refill is not on by default, when I received the text msg I chatted with agent to stop the shipping but, they didn’t stop and I have medicated cream which is of no use to us, such a waste of my money.
