I have the same problems as people reporting the negative reviews. Customer Service polite but completely unhelpful. Waited for 30 days to see if they would send my prescription. They did not so I’m getting it elsewhere. Also $200 cheaper than they were charging me! There was promise of supervisor calling me, but nobody ever did. I have no idea what the problem was because no one ever responded. So frustrating. Find somebody else.

Horrible service, nothing gets resolved they billed me twice for a prescription that I cancelled and I was told there is nothing they can do. I believe that one star is too high of a rating for them, they deserve 0 stars.

I received my 1st prescription fine. But the 2nd and now the 3rd are TOO SLOW to ship. This month I received an email on February 2nd that it would ship soon. Now it’s February 10th and it still hasn’t shipped. January the same thing. It takes so long to ship that I am completely out of the medication way before I receive it. This medication is only effective when I am on it daily. Very disappointing.

My eye doctor recommended Miebo sent to me by Blink. They sent me one prescription and then I never heard from them again. I emailed them, but got no response.

You are literally the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I was having a major issues with my eye, and I knew I was leaving for out of town when my refill would have shipped so I asked for you to do an early vacation refill. Your woman who handled my account, literally was screaming at me, Telling me how that was illegal to order early… So we went with the normal refill time and you shipped through some crazy pharmacy called VFD 3 Who then shipped my medication across the country via USPS From Waltham, Massachusetts to Long Island, took 12 days, I can send you the tracker.. It landed at my house the day before I left., The stress you caused Is not even Something I can further recount. There was no empathy from your people and nothing you actually did to help. This is medication that is all about quality of life, and I was about to face a beautiful vacation without the ability to have my medicine, Absolutely your fault and no excuses..
