Useless company they are not in the uk And when you ring customer service they just read of a script. They can't answer questions correctly and are just after your money They won't honour your loyalty before they became popular and they don't read emails correctly and just send a scripted reply Unless you buy the new type sync module you can't record and you then have to have a subscription plan The won't give you your grandfather status back if you accidentally delete your account and then your forced to pay them money to have a subscription. I have email after email of someone stupid who just repeats the same words and can't help me at all I'm getting new cameras if I got to pay then may as well have better cameras

2nd blink video doorbell 2nd time for it to no longer work or be accepted on my android. Always something when you attatch plan from Amazon. i give up

Cameras are fine, service is atrocious

First time experiencing cameras. Set up was a nightmare with eight cameras. I decided to change my Wi-Fi password afterwards to make it more secure of a network. What a nightmare. 3 hours deep still not reconnected to take cameras. I am in fear that I'm going to have to take them all down and reconnect them individually. Very difficult

I've owned this piece of junk doorbell camera for a couple years and it's worthless. Don't even waste your time. Assuming it even works that day, it is so slow that it's worthless as a security camera because it takes.a full 30 seconds to a minute to load the video. The app is garbage and they make it worse every update.

Blink is a fake IT company who pretends to dispatch security to your home when the alarm sounds. That is a lie!!! 100% They told me tonight that they only monitor cameras and tell you how to use it!!! I lost my husband because 7 years ago because they dispatched to the wrong address , that being said they don't dispatch which is therefore a total lie ! They have employees in the Philippines working paying them less than a dollar a day!!! Do you really think these folks care about our safety? I think Blink should be held accountable for fake statements and lies and Must be put out of business!! They are useless unless they are hooked up to police station so when alarm sounds an officer is checking on the person! If you use Blink Security please cut them off ASAP!!! They are sucking you dry and they know nothing about security!!! Le me crystal clear they have no footage from the cameras for the last 7 years !!! Now that's what I call stealing your money!!!! Sign a petition to get them out of business across the 🌎 especially Trinidad and Tobago!!!

Camera is OK. Software sucks.

They're just ok. The notifications are way to slow and it takes too long to be able to access the live feed due to it buffering. If someone knocks at my door, they are usually back in their car and pulling away before I can access the live feed to communicate with them
