I bought my cameras a year ago, and two of them keep dying within a week of battery changes. I have been given the runaround with Blink customer service for two whole months, only to be told my cameras are now out of warranty and there’s nothing they will do to help me. I’m honestly disappointed because the cameras were not cheap for me.

Don’t have support and don’t back up their products. Removing all cameras. Not worth a system. Better to go Costco that has a system that records without subscription and works year round. Blink is useless.

Believe me or not I cannot even sell my blink cameras, all 9 of them plus lights etc as the person that bought them would not be able to use them either even though they are all serviceable. ?! I have found all blink product will not register as I registered all 11 blink products in 2020 and forgot which email address I used.. All blink items just stopped working days after I paid £80 yearly subscription and blink will not reset any of them. I am unable to use my cameras again....Why the email address is absolutely required is beyond me as they are still sending mail to my Amazon account, so we need 2 emails accounts? . Blink has been very unhelpful and inflexible. One further thought is that why did my email corrupt the profile, or was it hacked???! Honestly...

Absolutely terrible the battery life is abysmal and you’re having to pay every year for them not to work so you can watch nothing because you’re constantly changing the batteries. I would never recommend these cameras. Find something more reliable folks.

Moved house and thought we would upgrade our doorbell camera that we bought 2nd hand. Our old one was the 360 brand and was easy to set up and the app worked well. Being naive, I assumed all of the doorbell cameras are like this. We bought a bundle for a good price and got a doorbell camera and a wired indoor camera so we could keep an eye on our puppy when we are out. The wired camera seems to work fine but the doorbell camera is horrendous! It literally works when it wants to. I have spent ages connecting and then reconnecting when it decides to have a hissy fit. No rhyme or reason as to why it might stop working. I cannot get the live view for love nor money, even though it was working on when I first set it up. Takes ages to notify me of motion detected. I tried the blink chat but didn’t get anywhere and after reading these reviews I don’t even want to try talking to customer services. Absolutely useless and I will be reverting back to my old trusty one. I hate the waste of money but it’s annoying me so much!

OK doorbell could do with updating.

My doorbells take forever to notify me, sometimes taking as long as 1/2 an hour. I have tried all the solutions recommended by Blink but no change. I have a good WiFi connection, and good battery strength, yet it still takes forever to notify me on my phone or my camera.
