I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Blindster! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Their website is incredibly easy to navigate, and I loved being able to order free samples which arrived the very next day—super helpful when choosing the right style and color. The quality of the blinds I received exceeded my expectations, especially considering the unbeatable price. Everything fit perfectly, and the installation instructions made the DIY process surprisingly simple. You can tell they really care about their customers—every question I had was answered quickly and kindly by their support team. If you’re looking for custom blinds, shades, or shutters, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Blindster is the real deal!

The blinds arrived on time and the quality is excellent—sturdy, well-made, and they look great installed. Customer service was super easy to work with. I first chatted with a rep (based in the U.S., which was a nice surprise) who answered my questions right away. Later, I realized one of the blinds didn’t fit quite right, so I called in, and they immediately sent a replacement at no cost, no hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like that. Overall, really happy with both the product and the service! :)

I had originally gone to 'Blinds To Go' for 3 motorized blinds for my bedroom. Quoted a 'sale' price of $1800 including their installation. I was able to order the 3 blinds from Blindster for about $700 on sale. Shipped to me for free. .came about 3 weeks from the original order date. I was able to install each one less than about 20 minutes each.. very simple to install and they fit perfectly. All 3 shades work fine and we are very happy with them. Glad I was able to save $1000. I would recommend them if you want to buy blinds.

I ordered about 10 blinds in 2-3 different orders from Blindster. They were bamboo shades, and several of them needed to be touched up with stain as they were either scratched or chipped. Because we had to do sidemounted and the slots for the hardware were not cut enough to the sides we had to drill extra holes in a majority of the shades. Our last shade that we purchased was for our slider. It seemed to fit perfectly, but when we extended the shade, several of the bamboo flats scratch the inside of the frame as they were cut unevenly. First, I thought it was our old window frame, but I remeasured numerous times. That same exact blind is now cheaper by about $20. They want me to pay another $21 to replace and ship slightly shorter. Lastly, we bought the motorized blind for our bedroom. This site did not imply that we needed to buy the remote and the hub in order to use the shade properly. The app Smart Life and the Shade seem to be working opposite so I contacted customer support for guidance. They now tell me that I cannot use the app as it will avoid the warranty. I exclaimed that was not inferred on their website that I could see. in the chat, I said “this is BS”. The rep then told me if I use profanity, They will disconnect the shade. Not really sure how they would be able to accomplish that as they do not own Smart Life. I am just glad that I am done replacing shades at this point.

The instruction for assembly and installation make the IKEA folks look like geniuses. Absolutely maddening.

When the shipment was delayed beyond the expected and promised timeline I tried to change the shipment address (which FedEx said could have been done if Blindster would just make the request), but was met with nothing but delays, refusals and excuses from Blindster. Finally, 20 days after I placed the order it was delivered to an address I'm no longer occupying. Blindster had ample time to resolve the situation, but failed to do anything helpful at every opportunity. I will never order from Blindster again ... neither should you!

If I could post zero stars I would. Blindster is awful. The first woman I spoke with never returned my call. The second rep didn't tell me I would be charged right away despite not knowing what shades I'd be purchasing. I thought the order would be on hold just to lock in the sale price. The samples were cheap. When I called to cancel, the rep had me on hold for 10 minutes just to cancel the order. We'll see if the refund actually posts to my account. Do yourself a favor, don't buy from this company!!

Worst experience. Bought faux wood shutters for my house and over half of the blinds came delivered damaged and warped from the packaging. Their customer service rep kept going back and forth with management and their solution was for me to pay another $1037 for replacements. Absolute worst customer service. I can't even say that you get what you paid for because I wouldn't pay $3500 for garbage.
