Our experience from ordering to…
Our experience from ordering to receiving your gorgeous Roman Shades was excellent and timely. The high quality of the two fabrics was fantastic too! Service and communication was positive each & every time we spoke to Jessica. We HIGHLY recommend Blindster.com as the place to buy your window covering products. Kind Regards, The Vogel’s

A+ company to order the blinds from!!
I have ordered blinds from your company, and the online ordering process has always been very easy. Whenever we had minor issues, such as ordering the wrong measurements, your staff were always kind and resolved the problems right away. We truly appreciate doing business with a company that provides such excellent customer support. Thank you again.

Cheap
I thought I was ordering top down/bottom up and that is not what I got. The materials are flimsy. There is a gap above the blinds because of the mounting brackets. These are very cheaply built.
Response from Blindster.comJun 16, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We're sorry to hear the shades did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your order, it appears the standard cordless lift option was selected rather than the top down bottom up shades. A member of our customer service team will be reaching out to you separately via email to discuss your concerns and available options.
