Blinds purchased 4/13/19, broken less than 2 years later, they shipped a repair part and left it to me to fix, and today, 4/28/23 the strings broke. The service rep said "too bad, it's out of warranty." My mother in law has hers (not BG) for 25 years, no problems. BG blinds: give 'em 4 years, and their toast. Total crap.

Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?

High quality and easy install. The 93” wide blind was tricky but with two people it was a breeze. Awesome blinds and I’m so happy I got these.

I have struggled to get horizontal blinds for sliding doors because it is not easily accessed on other sites. I greatly appreciate this option and the ease of figuring it out! This will help me to order all my blinds from one source. I also appreciate receiving the swabs before I purchase.
