Easy and comvenient

Took too long to ship and isn't really worth the money to me. But the transaction was smooth and easy. Product is good quality and does what they claim. Just too expensive.

Customer service was amazing. I called and left a message to make a slight change to our order and was promptly communicated with that the change was accommodated. However, our order took much longer than expected to arrive. It was 4 weeks before notification that our order had shipped, which was an extra 10 days after the estimated shipping date provided when we ordered. Then there were not a set of installation instructions specific to the style of blinds we ordered. Figured it out on the fly. The end product hung in our family room is gorgeous! The fabric samples and quality are amazing. We love the way they look, as well as give us the shade we need with the evening sunlight.

Great selection! Reasonable pricing. Easy online order process. The production and shipping of the blind took a little longer than expected but was not inordinately long. Definitely will order again!!

The Roman shades were good looking, measuring and installation instructions were easy to follow. One shade was defective- you could not raise it above 1/2 way. But Blindsgalore promptly responded and when the potential fixes didn’t work, they made a new shade.

Great quality blinds. Fit perfectly from the measurements that I gave them.
