BlindsgaloreReviews of blindsgalore.com

The blinds fit perfectly and are great quality. Installation was a little difficult as the screws they come with are not great quality and were hard to screw into the wood. However, overall it was a great experience.

BETH,FANTASTIC JOB

On April 15, 2019 I purchased several blinds for my house - 3 for windows and 1 for a sliding glass door. The one for the sliding glass door broke in 2021, just after the 3 year warrantee expired. Customer service from Blinds Galore was entirely unhelpful. About 2 weeks ago, the blinds over 2 of my windows stopped going back up. Now my mother in law has lived in the same place for 24 years, and it came with blinds that still work perfectly. But BlindsGalore.com blinds break less than 5 years. The blinds from BlindsGalore.com are just not quality, they don't last, they break. I strongly recommend against any purchase from BlindsGalore.com.

Easy to navigate the website. I appreciate how my order history is saved and I can refer to past purchases to match colors and styles. The blinds are usually easy to self install. If unsure of the color match, it's easy to get samples mailed to view with natural lighting. Big Fan!

Great product.

Missing one of two blinds in shipment - problem because we’re moving. Asked to expedite fix and thought rep was helpful in getting new blind sent out, no response at all about my time crunch. Ended up having to ship to a friend to have to deal with on our behalf. Other experiences w/blindsgalore have been pretty good overall, but this one was a frustration and not resolved until we actually receive the blind.

Product was everything that we expected and more, only problem we had was that there were no instructions included but after trial and error we figured it out. The packaging was excellent, even with a box damage on one corner everything inside was great. Will order again, have four more windows to go.

Many selections! Easy to navigate website! Easy measuring tips.
