The railing system looks great and it is not difficult to install. I would suggest that you carefully evaluate how accurate your stairs are. We found that one tread was off and if you look very closely you can see that the railing has a slight bow to it. That is not the fault of the Blika system, it's the folks who framed the stairs. My order ship quickly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately, I was short 24 swageless cable fitting, but the company responded to my email and provided the missing parts so I could finish my project. It looks very professional and when I consider what I was quoted by contractors I am very pleased with the results. It's a great look and I plan to use the system on a deck project.

Hi Scott, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We are thrilled to hear that you achieved a professional-looking result and were able to save significantly compared to contractor quotes. That’s exactly the DIY success story we love to hear! We sincerely apologize again for the missing swageless fittings in your initial delivery. We always aim for perfect packaging, but we are so glad our support team was able to quickly get the missing parts to you so you could finish your project without too much delay. Your tip about carefully evaluating the accuracy and framing of the stairs is fantastic advice for fellow DIYers. It's often those underlying structural details that present the biggest challenge, but it sounds like you handled it beautifully. We are incredibly excited that you plan to use our system for your upcoming deck project! Whenever you are ready to get started, please reach out to us directly—we’d love to help you plan it out and ensure you have exactly what you need. Best regards BLIKA Support Team
