Hi Mariana, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was shipped on time and successfully delivered to the address provided. While an expedited shipping option was selected, carrier delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by factors outside of our control once the package is in transit. We understand this order was being delivered to a hotel during a temporary stay, which can make timing more sensitive. That said, delivery was completed to the correct location, and we always recommend allowing a buffer when coordinating shipments to hotels or third-party locations. We’ve already reached out directly and offered a resolution to make this right, and we remain happy to assist further if needed. Best, BleauGenics
